Unable to save new template created at times even when Page has been refreshed and logged in.

Clients need notifications on when their Pauses are about to end so they are prepared to be charged
Too many clients complain about not knowing if they are paused on a membership or when they are about to end their pause and get charged without notifications.... it would be helpful to send out a confirmation email on when they pause starts and ends. this will cause so many less client issues for us.

Have dates when service/ packages are created
We release packages every year, before we had the new package system, we had to make a new service and now we are trying to clean out our services and can't remember which is current and notice we linked wrong ones

dynamic variable for location contact information so that specific studio info can be reflected in the form while only one form is leveraged
Request: Ability to leverage dynamic variables (e.g., Studio name, studio phone number, etc.) within Forms & Charts so that one form can be leveraged across all locations but contain the studio's specific information when requiring a client to complete.
Use Case: For multi-unit scaling purposes, they want to be able to have one form that all locations utilize, but they want the form to surface each location's specific contact information via dynamic field variables embedded within the form. Allow inventory editing after checkouts
I charge by area so it's always a flat rate. Since we need to manually count how many units are used, it would be helpful to be able to add in the inventory units after checkout so the patient doesn't have to wait while you calculate how many units were used.

forms for new client only
Need a setting other than first appointment so that you can differentiate between an actual new client or the first appointment for a selected form. When new forms are created if using the first appointment option need to have ability to not send to existing clients.
