Certain providers for new clients when booking
only have certain provider's able to get the new client booking online.

Only viewing providers that perform a specific service
This would be for employees/front desk/managers looking at Boulevard as opposed to clients booking online. It would be useful to have a dropdown somewhere similar to how you can select a specific employee, but instead you can select a specific service. As an example, we're a massage studio so it would be useful when booking appointments to look at a particular day's schedule and only see LMTs that offer cupping, or hot stones, or prenatal, etc. We have a separate spreadsheet with this information but it would be a lot more convenient if it was embedded into the calendar view.

Report locked down so providers can ONLY see their own commissions reports
Commission reports are wide open for everyone to see, this needs to be locked down by user account so they can only see their own reports. The App reporting is only a summary, we need detail! Provider A should not be able to see Provider B and C's commisssions.

Allow clients to leave a rating 0-10 for NPS Score at check out
We would like to receive real time feedback during the check out process asking clients for a rating 0-10 on how likely they are to recommend our business to a friend. Review/confirm checkout > Leave optional tip > leave rating > completed checkout.

When clients book inside of business confirmation period, the appointment should automatically be confirmed.
When clients book inside of business confirmation period, the appointment should automatically be confirmed. There's no reason for us to have to manually go in and have to confirm the appointment if it's within the 48 or 72-hour time frame.

Please allow for CUSTOM PACKAGE PRICING for members (for each tier or membership type). It is offered by Aesthetic Record and other med spa EMR. Thank you!

reports filter
Currently services, staff, clients - all report filtering options will only populate a given service, staff, client if that person/thing falls into the selected timeframe. For example when running a package sales report, we cannot filter by all 5 of our chosen packages unless we have sold all 5 in that timeframe. We want the filters to be static so that we can select the services we want to see even if they haven't been sold in that timeframe.

omit staff availability depending on client preferences
It would be helpful to omit available openings with certain staff for clients who do not prefer to see them, where they don't need to request a specific provider and can select first available without worrying about being booked with staff they do not wish to see.

we accept checks, and each month when i balance reports, I need to filter through all "other" method charges, and list out the checks. Could checks be included as an optional payment method?

Option to have multiple emails as the Contact Email for the Location
Would like to have the option to have multiple emails in place for the location email this way, the emails in places can receive appointment cancellation emails. Allowing for additional clarity for multiple users of the business.

The ability to give a FULL price quote BEFORE the appt is booked.
I NEED TO GIVE A PRICE QUOTE BEFORE THE APPT IS BOOKED. I think it's crazy that I have to manually add all the services to give a client a quote during a consult. I book multiple services and treatments at once and my clients want to know the total before booking. The fact that I have to manually add them is crazy to me. PLEASE HELP!

when products are on a ticket would be nice they get taken out
when products are on a ticket that is not paid yet it would be nice that the products get taken out of inventory at that time.

online gift card
The user interface for purchasing gift cards online is not very good. When a client gets to the screen to purchase a gift card all they will see is "Gift Card Amount" and then a button with the lowest suggested amount. There is no indication that you need to scroll down to see the other options. This is obviously confusing (and limiting) to clients, so it would be nice if you could clean this up so we're not missing out on bigger gift card sales.
