  1. Currently we are only able to see the date the charts are submitted, can we have a column for date of the actual appointment? Also maybe have a time stamp in the chart for when it was signed off on?

  2. We would like compatibility with other identity providers (IdP) other than Okta for Single Sign On (SSO) capabilities.

    The use case would be for businesses that wish to streamline employee access to respective applications and systems. For example, in addition to Boulevard I use Microsoft 365/Entra ID and rippling for authentication. It would be nice to have everything connect to this IdP or Okta.

    It would also be great in having SCIM in conjunction with SSO for automation of user provisioning and offboarding would be greatly beneficial as well.

  4. Boulevard does not allow memberships (including recurring membership renewal charges) to be assigned to a specific provider. This prevents accurate provider production tracking and reporting.

    Membership charges are processed through the membership billing system and apply directly to the business, but there is no way to attribute those charges to an individual provider.

    Requested Enhancement

    Add the ability to assign a provider to a membership so that both:
    • the initial membership purchase, and
    • all recurring membership renewal charges

  7. Would love if our membership clients could have a separate booking option. Right now everyone can see booking for this next month. However I want our members to be able to book out for the next 6 months. I would love for them to login to their portal and see a separate booking link option that allows for 6 month book outs but on our website allow new clients/non membership clients to only book one month out.

  8. Ability to add multiple categories for packages and memberships when allowing online booking. That way I don't have to create duplicate packages just to list it under our "deal of the month" section of the online booking. I do this to make it easier for clients to see what our deals are instead of making them search all over for our specials even if they already exist as a regular package etc.

  9. I would like a report that shows invoiced and paid services and products including taxes for the month. Currently, it does not let me filter out credits that have not been applied to services which shows incorrect income

Since we are a spa care there are customers that have memberships and some don't . we add tags to set them apart from the regular clients . but when tagging we have to enter the number of a client individually and tag them . i think it would be a cool idea if there were something in the system to filter and add all the clients at the same time and add all the same tag.

  17. I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

  19. Now that we can manually add vouchers to a client's wallet, please give us the option to add a few of the same types of services like we can when creating a package in the first place. Meaning:
    I have 5 types of services under "90min massage" and when creating a package deal I can make them all redeemable: (Swedish, sports, deep tissue etc). But if a client needs a voucher added to their wallet, it can only be assigned for one service (only 90min swedish). So if they happen to book a 90min deep tissue instead of a swedish…

  20. I know many people charge for consults, as do we. We allow the patient to then use the consultation fee toward service or product within 365 days from consultation of their choosing. I think it would be nice to have this charge apply as an account credit for the patient. We currently have to manually add the credit (and then babysit the calendar for 364 days to ensure they're within their allotted window of use).
