  2. We need appointment reminders further out than 5 DAYS.

    We rebook our clients out for months in advance. Clients will book just to be on the books, but then frequently at the latest reminder that Boulevard allows—the client gets a 5 day reminder, realize they have a conflict and cancel. This really doesn't give us enough time to get those slots rebooked and costs us money.

    We need the ability to push at least one ADDITIONAL notification out to 10-14 days.

    We do have enterprise so I was able to create a workaround using zapier and doing an API call…

  3. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  4. Ability to set a specific time for when automated campaign and blast emails and texts are sent out to clients. Ideally, these would be based on location time zones for clients receiving the messages.

  5. Guest are very confused by it appearing that they will be charged the entire fee, when they have vouchers on their account. It would be nice if the verbiage was larger regarding vouchers and also if guest could view how many vouchers they have on their account when they log in.

  8. make the desk top website more accessible for booking appointments and blocking times using an ipad or iphone. I am a manager and need access to everyone's schedule not just mine as I am not a provider.

  9. I would like an option to make it where they have to book in order for certain days. i.e. on Saturdays we are only here in the morning, never fails I have someone take that very last spot. Also on holidays where we are short days.

  11. We charge a monthly fee to pause a membership at our spa. It would be amazing if a "charge fee" option popped up in the pause membership window - just like a "charge fee" option pops up if a client late cancels or no-shows. That way the client is charged a monthly "freeze fee" during the paused months and regular membership payments can resume when the pause period ends.

  12. I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.

  13. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  15. Stop requiring the input of a billing zip code to charge late fees. Some clients, especially new ones, dont fill out their intake paperwork for whatever reason. This leaves the clinic unable to charge late fees without their billing zip code.

    Also, there should be a toggle to charge JUST the late fee without including tax. I want to charge $100 flat rate. In order to do so, i have to charge $92.38 to make up for the tax to get the flat rate of $100.

We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.

    It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.

  17. We need the option to hide specific services from the public online booking menu while still having an active, bookable direct link to send to clients.

    This feature is essential for clinics and studios that offer:
    • VIP-only or invitation-only services
    • Add-ons or specialty upgrades not meant for general booking
    • Seasonal or trial services
    • Services that we want available only to returning clients or those with specific needs
    • Membership-exclusive treatments
    • Internal-use services we book manually but don’t want clients browsing

    Why this matters:
    Currently, if a service is hidden or unpublished, Boulevard disables its booking…

  20. Having the ability to turn services or products on and off that qualify for rewards points is really important, especially in the medical space, where rewards for medications can't be given.
