Reports: Improved indication of Seller changes on completed orders
Currently, seller changes look like a a return and new sale, or like an exchange. We have "Staff Change" columns available but they add 5-6 additional columns to a report and still change the "refund" and "sale" lines. It would be great to have better indications that a staff change happened within an order to distinguish them from true returns or exchanges.

Client Vouchers/Packages on Professional App
It would be great for client vouchers and packages that they have remaining on their account to show up on their appointment and profile on the Boulevard Professional App. Our medical staff uses the ipads for charts and in appointments, but this info isn't available to see on the professional app for them to see. We can only see this info via the website

Clients should be able to see current appointments on booking page
Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.
Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.

Client Passwords instead of one-time code
Clients want to enter a password instead of a one-time code verification to log in and book.
Either have the option to enter password or to receive code would be ideal.a

There should be a way to send files to patients. There are some patients that need to get labs done and there should be a way for us to send their lab requisitions through BLVD, whether it is through text, email, patient portal, etc.

Suggested Improvements for the Prebooking System
When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.
Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.

Do not allow a PO to save if it contains a line item with 0 order quantity
Currently, a PO can be saved with some lines containing an orer quantity of 0. This can happen when using our bulk add feature and saving without removing those specific lines. It would be a lot more efficient to either remove those lines once the PO is saved since they are irrelevant to the order, or not allow the PO to go past draft status without the user removing those line items or changing the order quantity themselves.

Setting to require a product to be ordered in specific quantities
Some products can only be ordered in 3's or 6's. Additionally, suppliers may offer discounts when items are ordered in 12's.
This would be easier to manage if there were the ability to enter a required unit quantity in the product profile which would be used as a rule when creating purchase orders.2 votes -
On checkout shrink appt to time used. Over scheduling time screws ture utilization
Stylist are overbooking and abusing time for services (especially color) and then on check out sometimes have 30-45 minutes remaining, the system doesn't shrink up the appointment on check out to reflect the waste of time over scheduling and it is not recorded in the utilization reports because it still holds the block making it look like they were working. The Booker system had that feature. Way better for making poor use of time a visual reality.

Allow referral program's new client code to be applied to a later appointment
Currently, if a new client doesn't use their referral code on their first appointment's order (for example, if there's a separate new client offer they want to use first), the code doesn't appear as usable on a later order, since it's only fixed to the first appointment.
Instead, the discount must be manually added but then doesn't apply towards referral program reporting.It would be great to be able to have that offer code still available in the dropdown for that client as long as they have not yet used it.

disable itemized receipt for e-mails and just include total and tip as the items confuse the clients due to tox brand unit conversions.
This is confusing for clients as the injectors have different calculations for different brands of botox units. Include item, total and tip not "units" please.

Auto-apply discounts per membership type
It would be ideal for each membership type to have the ability to auto apply their discounts when checking the client out. Example: VIP Membership clients receive 10% off injectables and 20% off skin care - having these %’s be auto applied at the time of check out would create many accidental issues with front desk staff forgetting to apply the client’s discounts and having to refund and create a new visit to check the client out again.

offers only avaible for certain stylists
I'd like to promote certain stylists with special offers so an option that allows us to pick the stylist that the offer can be booked online would be great. Right now i have to make a special version of the same service and only have the stylist I want to have the special active on it.

Open provider schedule for single service when needed
Desired state: NEED to open booking for telehealth ONLY on certain days. Current State: open provider schedule allows all booking to be selected.
