  2. As a commission salon, having staff have the ability to book clients without blocking themselves . This becomes a problem with potential to steal company time by deleting a block top show that they are "in salon" when they are actually not. Also, salon poilcy runs that staff needs management approval before leaving early or coming in late.

  3. there needs to be a way for certain services to be scheduled before others. For example: color should almost always be booked before cuts. Currently the services just bounce to the first available regardless of time or sequence.

Hey guys, we've noticed that whenever people are booking online that they're not reading the sentences that says "your card will not be charged", is there anyway we can add an alert box that says the same thing. just because A LOT of clients are coming in thinking they already paid. I understand it says it right there, but just a suggestion.

  11. Hey. So sometimes a price has to be adjusted for a service due to different circumstances. There is an option for putting in the reason on the discount tab, but there is no such option on the price tab. Can this feature be introduced? Thank you.

  17. We offer a wide variety of services and some of those are not bookable online due to the complexity of them. It would be helpful to add a button for services like this.
    Ex: Client is interested in a color correction. They must select in “call now” to set up the service. Or, client wants extensions but have no idea what application method they should choose. They don’t even know we have those offered as they are not bookable online since it may be a 1hr service or a 6 hour service and they may need to get a color…

  18. Vouchers that are in a package should reflect the product/service cost. Currently if you have vouchers in a package - which we sell during our customer events. BLVD takes the number of total vouchers divides it by the package price and assign the same value to all items in the package. This makes payroll a nightmare and packages useless. An example of this is if you have a package with THREE 60 minute massages at $200 each and THREE facials $100 each. The total package would be $900.   20. Services are performed by assistants (e.g., nurses), but commission should go to the supervising provider who owns the patient. Today, commission is tied only to the staff member on the appointment, forcing manual reassignment at checkout. We need the ability to attribute commission to a different provider.
