  1. It is inane that in the set-up of add-ons there is a field to indicate the duration of said add-on service but yet we are not allowed to make anything longer than 5min

  2. (Interpreted as: Option to disable calendar view for service provider?)

    there is a feature where you can disable mobile reports, but no feature to disable to see the calendar. there should be a feature that shuts that off so stylist who are employed in a salon don't call out when they think they have an empty book. I would like to be able to have the function that stylist can only see there mobile reports.

  3. I would love to see a recurring membership that can be used for all clients.

    For example- You can have an auto draft of $99 1x a month that is valid for $120 in services.

    I would like this member to be able to see any stylist regardless of price point. The membership can be good for retail as well as service.

As our service providers don't understand how their changes to this impacts their booking, what's assignable, and why things are set the way they are; any changes here have a rather large impact to scheduling. Additionally, unless a manager knows that this occurs, the issue will be problematic for an unknownst amount of time.

    Provide salons the option to have this behind a privilege wall.

    If a service provider decides that they need a different amount of time to do something then this would destroy their schedule. This is even worse if they have a service interval set up. And…

  5. When typing a message to a client, we cannot make the first message into a "note" in the chat. Please allow us to make that first message a "note" instead of a message sent to the client! thanks!

  7. As a nail salon, we created a lot of add-ons to minimize our list of services. It would be very helpful to be able to see the requested add-ons when clients are on the waitlist.

    Also, if add-ons could be customized for duration per staff too that would be amazing.

  10. We're looking to add a service for a non-gendered haircut option with a range so clients don't feel triggered when receiving a gendered appointment confirmation email, so we can be inclusive of our nonbinary and trans* clientele.

You would think these two responses would be obvious to include all of these "y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm"-some of which I don't think would ever even be used.... "yea" and "yeah" are actual words.

  15. ...those recurring appts change automatically as well to that timing.

    I have clients that book a year out and have recurring appts, say every 6 weeks. If I see that their appt should be 45 minutes long instead of 30, when I change that next appt, the recurring appts also change. I have had to go through manually and change all 45 minute color processes to 30 (they normally are 30) and some people that take longer in cutting or color individually. It has taken me about 3 hours just to change from today 9/12 to the end of the…

  19. Can we make the form tabs in client profile more secure? Please change this so only Admins and managers can see private information. Currently all employees can see all forms including Credit card information
