  1. When we book a new client and enter all their contact information, the intake form makes the client fill out all of their contact information and address again making for a clunky and tedious experience for them.

  2. For the OFFER CODES, can we add a third option under the Audience settings?

    There is limited by NEW CLIENT or Limited by MEMBERSHIP STATUS.

    Having an option to EXCLUDE new clients would be fantastic, so for the third option I would suggest Not New Clients, as we have a special that automatically is applied for 1st time visits OR if that is not feasible, can we have a setting under promo codes where you can restrict offers to only 1 per client?

  3. It would be great if some offer codes could not be manually selectable from the dropdown menu. For example, we have 100 providers who we want to give unique offer codes to. If we created 100 of them there would be 100 options added to the dropdown menu in checkout. This makes it difficult for our team to find the offer codes that might be active that apply companywide. These 100 unique codes would primarily drive appointments and originate from online booking anyway.

  4. In the Forms and Charts tab, add the option to show 'encounter date' and not just 'submitted on' date since some charts might be signed late

  5. Be able to color code the resources (by time) so that it matches the providers scheudles... MUCH easier to eyeball the schedule/room availability!

  6. Block off time slots that do not have enough time available to be booked for the selected service, to avoid appointments overlapping or not having enough time to complete the service

  7. The ability to set custom reasons for appointment cancellations. This is to help differentiate between true cancellations where the client does not rebook or move their appointment to another location. Additionally, these reasons should be available in reporting to allow the business to accurately report on the reasons they are seeing cancelled appointments.

  8. I have patients who originally bought product credits but then will change their minds and want to change it into account credit towards another service. as of right now, there's no way to transfer or change the credit. you have to create an appointment, check out the products, and then create a new product credit.

    it'd be much easier to change it directly into account credit.

  10. We need to be able to calculate commissions with the cost of goods subtracted. This is very important for tox sales specifically. We are unable to sell tox as a service due to the nature of the visit. Never really know how many units will be sold. So we have to sell it as a product. We have to calculate this in a spreadsheet every time we run payroll, and it is VERY time-consuming. There should be a very easy way to do this!

  11. Would love for patients to be able to see how many packages they have left on their account. They are not able to see this on their end and have to either call our clinic or ask at their appointment. They can see their packages online just not how many are left/redeemed.

  12. Would love to be able to toggle someone’s phone number in the app to be able to merge it directly into a reward system. Or to call them on our business phone that isn’t connected to my personal phone number.

  15. Most clients do not realize when they are given a staggered time. Even when they do realize, they're unhappy that they were shown a specific time that isn't available for both appointments.

    "Group Booking" is understood by 99.9% off people as a group of people coming together, not a group of people waiting in the lobby for 3 hours while the other people in the group receive a service.

  19. If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

  20. When a client pays for a membership with another payment method besides a debit or credit card, it would be nice to have a prompt appear to collect a card on file and record the client consenting to storing the card for the membership's renewals in the future.
