If client has entered in email, appointment time, and payment data but for some reason has NOT completed the booking...

We have an issue that for some reason every 2 weeks at least 1 client comes in PER location who says they booked an appointment but we have no record of it. Our current procedure is to ask them to show us the appointment confirmation email then if they don't have that, let them know that they must not have booked the appointment all the way. Sort Clients by Tag
It would be great to be able to sort all clients by tag for marketing and other purposes as well. A cumbersome work-around is looking them all up one by one.

Adding a Product tab on the main bar
We need an option on the main bar for "Products" that automatically takes us to a list of product inventory and enables us to do a PRICE CHECK by scanning the barcode.

Edit notes
We need to add info to notes all the time. Work around is Copy and paste - add on info - then delete the old note. This is cumbersome. Also the edited note get a new date so it can get confusing. Thanks.
