  1. Used to be able to open closed orders and change if a service provider was requested or not. Would like that function back

    Example: Provider added services to an appointment and he was marked as requested for those services when he shouldn't have been. Wasn't corrected at checkout and now there's no way to go back and edit the requests which is throws reporting

  2. The new order details page does not have the staff's name and time stamp for original payment applied.

    If the appointment occurred on Jan 23rd, refund was given on Feb 4th - the time stamp for the refund is reflected. Then, if second payment is applied on 3/11, the entire order's time stamp reflects the time/date the second payment was applied. We need to see when the first payment was applied and by whom for the transaction.

  7. Jenna Perry Loves the new online GC option. However, She has asked if down the line, there can be an option to not have the pre selected amounts listed ($25, $50, ect) She would like an option to toggle that off and only have custom or the ability to add in their own pre-selected amounts.

  8. During the scare of the corona virus is there a way that a client could have the option to prepay before their appointment. Not that is would be required in order to make an appointment but that clients would have the option to pay a certain amount to support their stylist in the mean time!

  10. Since refunds fail after a charge has been disputed, Blvd needs to include an error message to notify the business in some capacity that the action cannot be completed and to contact their Partner Manager.

  12. I would like to be able to see who moved appointments with time and employee information. It would also be great if certain privilege groups were allowed to move appointments and others weren't allowed to.

  15. Currently there is no work around for this, except to completely delete the techs schedule, delete all the scheduled apts, and re-open and re-book apts at the other location. It's extremely tedious and leaves a lot of room for error, especially if you're making scheduling adjustments for a big amount of time. The interface doesn't allow you to reschedule clients apts to the other location either. It's really inconvenient!

  18. Current workaround is to go into front desk mode and manually slide these appts back to the intended state. Example of this would be client comes in, front desk checks a client in but it was the wrong client. Service provider was notified, and gets ready only to find it was an error. Adding procedures to go into front desk view and correct the state is tedious and quite forgettable unless staff is vigilant or errs on the side of being perfectionists.   19. you should have plug in button that we can put on our website that says "start texting" so all they have to do is press that button and it will route them to their imessage with our numer already there so they can text directly from the website like instagram has

  20. Is there a way to adjust sales commission so it's based on products sold? We would like to edit based on # products sold per month. Ex:

    • 1-5 products = 5% commission
    • 5-10 = 10% commission
    • 11-20 = 15% commission
    • 21+ = 20% commission
