Tab on the customer profile to see ALL purchases and appointment history together (basically all CC transactions)
I would like to see the customer's orders and appointment history all in one place as an option, essentially a list of ALL credit card transactions from that client in a chronological list. Example: a customer is confused about how many membership vouchers they have paid for vs. redeemed - a chronological list of the charges and redemption appointments in once place would be a really easy way to sort out their account.

Indication at checkout & on client profile of most recent payment method used
Many clients have multiple payment methods and it would be great to have an indication as to which payment method was most recently used - highlighted in blue or an icon next to it

New verbiage at online checkout
We receive calls weekly from clients confused while booking online if they're going to be charged at booking or after the appointment. When checking out online — looks like you're being charged that total. Google Analytics show that that step is the place where most people walk away.
There's a VERY small note that states:"Your credit card will be used to hold your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed." but even that is confusing if you're referring to the completion of the booking. Needs to be reworded

Uniformed data in downloaded reports
When downloading the service commission report and the tips commission report, the dates are all out of order which makes more work as we're exporting and combing these for every staff. Would be much easier if they would just export with the dates in order

Allow Default Price to say "Starts at X" or "Price TBD"
Default price should allow text instead of monetary values. We use Botox Units and would like our default price to state "$13/Unit"

Move the settings gear icon out of the bottom corner
I would like to disable the settings gear icon in the reception app to prevent someone from accidentally signing out of the app or changing the settings.
If I block it with guided access, it then blocks the bottom key [123] on the keyboard so they aren't able to type a phone number in to check in.
Moving the gear icon to another area of the screen, or moving settings to the settings in control panel would fix this.

Option to receive an email to a business account for Every appointment booked
Owner isn't at the front desk and would like to receive an email every time an appointment is booked

If a monthly membership charge isn't going through, skip and try again next month
If a monthly membership payment doesn't go through Boulevard continues to attempt to charge the client which often results in multiple charges going through at once well past the original month. Since the charge didn't go through in say january, the client didn't receive or use the vouchers and they're no longer needed.
It would be great if, when the charge doesn't go through after 2-3 attempts, the month would be skipped and not attempted again until the following month at which time it would only try to charge for the current month (not the previous month as time has…

Be able to add over 30 vouchers of one service to a package
We offer packages for 50 or more wash & blowout services and currently to do so we had to add 30 vouchers of the service and then 20 vouchers of the service. Would prefer to not have a limit and just add all at once

List packages in Alphabetical order on booking widget
Currently there seems to be no order in how the packages are arranged on the booking overlay. Would appreciate having them list in alphabetical or numerical order

Allow for third decimal to show on the tax rate
Some places have taxes that require a third decimal (8.375%). When entering this into the dashboard it rounds to 8.38%
Though it still seems to calculate 8.375% at checkout it would be nice if that was reflected in the dashboard

Promotion restrictions logic dependent on other services
Ability to restrict application of a promotion to only when another service has been scheduled i.e. can only add a treatment promotion if a specific facial service is in the cart.

Change the message you get when one thing is unavailable online so there is a call to action.
When any service is sold out or not available the day they are looking for it tells the guest "No time available try another day". That is making it sound like the entire day is sold out when it is just one service in their order. Or there may be something very similar that is available. By just saying "Choose another day" that person may just jump to the next place.
There should be a call to action for the guest i.e. "One of your services may be unavailable please contact ###-###-#### to speak with a reservationist". At least this…

Customize whether resource is busy during processing/transition time OR Client Transition Time
Would like to be able to have time at the end of service that the client is still "busy", but the resource is open. After a service we need some downtime for the client before they can start another service, but they're not using the resource from the original service.
