  1. Need to be able to add days closed. under manage business. CLOSED DAYS category - select the day off the calendar.
    it is too much trouble to have to go through each employee and mark them off.

  2. We have 99% of our client phone numbers, but only ~25% of their emails. It would be nice if there was some interaction that could be turned on where clients are asked for their email address after a repeated appointment.

    Thanks for coming to Abundant Salon again, for added convenience, you can respond with your email address to receive receipts, booking confirmations, and instructions on how to set up an online booking account if you don't already have one.

    Then capture response containing email address and add it to the database. Potentially would have to create a blacklist of domains…

  3. During COVID we are not accepting any cash tips for the health and safety of guests, reception, and specialists. Please remove the "cash tip" option from guest facing online booking.

  6. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  7. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

  8. Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

  10. Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

  11. It would be hugely beneficial to be able to print out price stickers with barcodes. Preferably given the option to print them upon receiving a purchase order.

  14. Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

  19. In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.
