  1. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

  2. At the moment the only cue is the top left stating which location account is being used. Suggestion to include in the dialog box "You are sending from LOCATION". Often I am sending messages from the wrong account which will confuse clients and also probably cause mistakes in the future when the client responds to that account and the receptionist of that salon works on that thread.

  4. Printing a filled out form takes up a huge amount of paper: our one page massage form is 6 printed pages when printed from the electronic version on Boulevard.

    It would be great to have a system like the form design where you can design a printed version of the form data so you can have a more compact size.

  5. We store formula histories in the client notes and some of our stylists like them printed. There is no good option to print the notes, so we have to copy and paste into word to be able to format them. A printable report of this would be awesome.

  8. I am unable to see the UPC, price, or size when updating quantities in inventory. I have many products that come in multiple sizes. It is very hard to add inventory when I can't see the UPC, the size, or the price. I am unsure how to update my inventory without this information in the update inventory screen. (See screenshot) I have a new bottle of Shampoo 1, but I don't know which row to update.

  15. Notes on client profile should show which user left them, so we can reach out to that employee if there is a question about the note, and don't have to rely on them signing their name at the end

  17. If a client checks out and then comes back for a suggested product, it the feature should allow you to open a new sale, enter the client's name, and the product suggested product populate without having to search their profile.

  18. Not sure what would be most helpful,

    But I can only imagine that families that decide to use a single number for their persons causes the same redundancy issues on Blvd's side as it does for salon staff.

    In contact center, it would be helpful if messages received indicated that there were multiple contacts with that number so staff could determine which client or such the message is pertaining to. Possible errors are messages like this: Received from X, "cancel my appt tomorrow and move it to Saturday". Appt is deleted and moved to Saturday. Client X's son Y comes…

  19. There's a Product Sales report in the Sales category, but no Service Sales - would like to have a direct showing of service, quantity, cost, total revenue over the selected date range. ALSO would love if this report would have % to show, over the selected timeframe, what percentage each service made of the total services performed
