  1. A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.

  3. Regardless if the "redeemable on all services" and "redeemable on all products" are turned on before or after an order was created, clients should be able to apply a discount at the checkout window.

  6. Clients often purchase a gift card to cover a specific service (massage) plus tax so it would be great to be able to leave a note that identifies the intention of the gift card so the front desk knows when that client is checking out.

  8. When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Or at least be able to add the product recommendation to their profile so the front desk knows specifically what was recommended

  10. So that businesses can differentiate their locations' set up. It might not make sense for all locations in a chain to have the same lead times, tipping set up, tipping amounts. The ability to customize this per location would likely greatly benefit each location. This privilege could remain in admin level somehow to avoid location managers playing too much with the settings that could easily have large repercussions for service providers.

  11. When we switch from 15-min to 5-min intervals on the Calendar view, the view is too zoomed in. We would like to drag and drop the appointment into a 5-min interval with the 15-min default view.

  12. On the Calendar view, the service name should be prioritized over client name in appointment blocks. Currently the client name is largest on the calendar view, and the service name is smaller underneath.

  14. It would be nice to change notes for the "other" payment method on closed orders. Sometimes the verbiage isn't the same with all of my staff, so it makes reports harder to consolidate, it would be nice to be able to change that note to standardize things after orders are closed.

  16. Would love for vouchers to redeem Green Circle fee as well.

    Maybe we could add 2-3 Green Circle vouchers to each membership. So I could adjust the membership pricing accordingly, and the member would only get one comprehensive monthly charge for the services and Green Circle fees. Then, we'd redeem the service voucher(s) and Green Circle voucher with each visit.

  17. At the moment the time clock reports shows shift dates and their lengths and a total given the report's date parameters. In practice, one would run this report over the pay period and enter that total into their pay calculations. This current method doesn't highlight where overtime may occur. Having single day totals on the report, for instance each shift and then a day total in semi bold and then the total of all during the period shaded and bolded for the total; would allow salons to better see where these overtime shifts are occurring.

    The process is currently manual…

  18. There doesn't seem to be a authorization for CC when we put them on file, we can store an invalid/expired/duplicate cards on file. So we would like a feature that lets us know that the card we are taking over the phone is valid for cancellation fee's etc.

  19. For example, item cost for many of our vendors are at one cost under case quantity, once a case or more is ordered a new lower price is triggered. Because this is valid for nearly all of the products we order through Cosmoprof, Bassett, SalonCentric, and Amazon; this makes all purchase order reporting erroneous.
