Spas who want guests to be able to order a la carte F&B during their service

If clients self prebook and leave a set tip, the tip deletes if appt is moved to another staff
The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Would be nice if it showed that $10 tip to a different staff and then asked if we'd like to adjust it to the…

Forms: Allow "Yes" answer to trigger the next question to be required
In some cases a question is only required based off the answer of a previous question. Would need that when a client chooses "Yes" the next question is required, but if they select "No" the next question can be skipped.
This is common with "If yes, please explain" or "If yes, on what date?"

Ability to see gift card balance on checkout page
Lash lover's is requesting to be able to see gift card balances from the checkout window as opposed to having to go into client profile or gift card screen. (Low priority)

New verbiage at online checkout
We receive calls weekly from clients confused while booking online if they're going to be charged at booking or after the appointment. When checking out online — looks like you're being charged that total. Google Analytics show that that step is the place where most people walk away.
There's a VERY small note that states:"Your credit card will be used to hold your appointment time and will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed." but even that is confusing if you're referring to the completion of the booking. Needs to be reworded

A way to have client booking messages sent to the business so they don't get missed/overlooked
Adjust settings so these messages are sent to the location email, not the service provider since most have email notifications turned off -- unless you can include it in the text /push notification

Multiple phone numbers for staff profile
Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

Messages submitted when purchasing a product should be sent to business
I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages. I'm missing the first communication (and some testimonials) from new clients!

When checking out a client, the front desk can then charge them in one swoop rather than two different transactions.

When confirming appointment in the auto text it would be nice if the service providers name shows up along the service time and date
Accidents do happen when booking online and or by the representative. To be proactive in this matter it would be nice if the auto text had more details.

Allow Service Option Groups to be shared across all services (toggle on, off, and add new)
It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

Ability to filter payments and refunds report by the Note to support businesses using the "Other" payment type for house charges etc.

daily calender viewing
It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.

Omni search instead of just client search at top
Searching [Shampoo brand] shows list of products that match the name and lists pricing. Also for services.
Would save people a lot of time to price check things or services if simply typing them or scanning them into the search showed details like pricing, stock, description. Currently price search is creating an appointment or product sale and essentially creating a mock-sale to give this information.

Case Pack adjustments when creating new POs
Some suppliers require you to order items by the case pack (in specific multiples). So when adding "low stock" or "all stock" it would be great if the PO knew to update the Order quantity by the required multiple
