  1. Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  4. Requesting to customize a product's unit price at the location level without altering the brand level. The reasoning behind this is that although we carry the same products across all locations, pricing based on city may differ.

  5. We have different treatment durations which makes it difficult to keep efficiency in the schedule. Would like a way to block off hours for certain treatments i. e. always 9AM - 10AM for Treatment A, then 10:15AM - 11:45AM for Treatment B if we could attach the treatments to resources and then block times on the resource calendar that would help resolve the need

  9. We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.

    Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…

  14. When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward

  17. For multi-location businesses required to enable staff member services across many locations, it would be helpful to have the view of the service list maintain on the user's view rather than scrolling to the top after each edit. When clicking to customize and make assignable from the staff member's profile, once applied, the view returns the user to the top of the menu.
