Name attached to all gift cards
When you make a gift card in Boulevard it would be nice to have a field where you can attach the recipient's name so staff could look it up that way. It would also add another layer of security for the buyer and recipient.

Keep intentional schedule gaps when editing appointments
When editing an appointment with a gap between services, the gap is removed when you save the changes. Example: Massage from 10-11 Facial from 11:30-12:30, Pedicure from 12:30-2.
If you change the pedicure to a manicure, the manicure and Facial times are changed to remove the 30 minute gap. You then need to go back and change all of the times to be correct again. (pity the person that didn't write down what they were to start with!)
Usually we have intentional gaps for lunches during spa days, or because there is a conflict and they can't do the services…

Require guest email and be able to tie to existing client profiles
When an existing client is booked in a group appointment as a guest it would be great if an email was required that could then acknowledge they're already a client instead of creating a blank, second profile

A way to combine tickets. We get a lot of guests that want to pay for a friend, and it isn't simple to join tickets together.

Wait list could be a column on the right side of blvd that shows appts and their requested times all stacked on each other
To give the staff a UI of visual waitlist appts that in turn would increase chances of fulfillment.
I'm thinking it would be a visual showing of pending appts, where as a manager could lock the view ON or OFF so that no matter what staff are seeing it. Dragging those appts onto the schedule or rescheduling them to a service providers column would be the same as booking the appt and removing it from the waitlist. If someone said they want service 1 that takes 30 min and anytime after 12pm, then dragging that 8hr pending appt and dropping…

Alert to Not book client based on emojis
To receive a notification/pop up when initially attempting to book a client with reasons not to instead of towards the end of completing the appointment

Staff messaging
The ability to create a message that each staff member must read before they clock in for the day. For instance: "Our new promotion is starting today." or "Reminder, we are closing early on Tuesday."
This will ensure the staff member reads the message and is informed or reminded of a policy, store change, etc.
