  1. I would like to be able to see who moved appointments with time and employee information. It would also be great if certain privilege groups were allowed to move appointments and others weren't allowed to.

  4. Also there is no viewable log of this nor is there an undo. This action causes staff to accidentally "delete" vouchers leading to issues with no possible way to undo without workaround nor a way to audit the mistake.
    Payment method tab should show "delete" instead of redeem.

    History of client should show history of this type of redemption or delete.

    At current there is no way to see this action.

    Causes salons to essentially rip off service providers without intending to do so.

    Also without it being logged, no way to refer to database to understand when client came…

  5. I have multiple employees covering different roles on different days. With the current setup, I have to create new employee profiles for each role to keep them separated. Our old system (Millennium) had a simple toggle feature to show their role for the day (manager, assistant, stylist)

  6. The salon owner is busy taking clients and sometimes misses emails from clients through the Blvd system. If the Admins were able to have access to these emails or it be sent to their work email, this would help our front desk team with clients.

  9. It would be great to appointment types. New Non-Requests (NN), Repeat Requests (RR) and New Requests (NR). It helps greatly to know these stats for employee growth. What percent of their clients are repeat clients, what percent were their clients recommending them (NR) and how many were New Non Request, clients the salon gave to the stylist or colorist (NN). Way more important than Tags to us.

  10. Having a way to see who booked/cancelled an appointment for accountability.

    Additionally, have an admin report to see login history (time, date, IP)

  12. I just found Flowdesk and think that their email marketing is far more on brand and luxury than mailchimp. Mailchimp is extremely expensive and has very little for templates. Flowdesk is far superior in design and cost.

  13. The ability to sync iCloud and Google calendars is excellent - however, for those of us with work calendars on Outlook, we're unable to sync directly to Blvd. Adding that additional feature would enhance this already great feature.

  19. They want their staff to still be able to adjust service pricing at checkout, just not products. It would be helpful to have separate options for these.
