  4. Ability to filter client list by client's primary location (rather than completed service locations.) Would also take into account all closed orders rather than just service sales (i.e. client purchased multiple gift cards through a specific location).

  5. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  8. Daily logbook function - where managers and owners can see what happened the day before.

    Fields can be customizable and could include:

    • client count - with space for last year count

    • daily sales - same as above to see sales from date of last year.

    • issues that need to be addressed, customer complaints ... etc

    Would be great if could be automatically emailed out at a specific time after the day has ended.

  9. More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.

    This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.

  11. We have had multiple customers leave after their appointment because they thought they had already paid and checked out online. We want to remove the 'gratuity' option completely from online booking so that there is less confusion - we manually check out all clients.

  14. Would like to be able to add retail products to packages.

    example: Double process service package that includes initial lightening service, followup gloss/toner 3-4 weeks out, an in salon bonding strengthening treatment, and a take home travel size shampoo/conditioner.

    1. This is helpful in introducing professional salon product to clients who may not have tried it yet,

    2. Insurance that the client is using professionally prescribed products supporting their investment in hair color services,

    3. Coming back with healthier hair to work with

    4. Clients will then come back and purchase full size product once they are hooked

  17. Right now when im booking a new appointment, the time I want to book should be an option on that first window. Instead I have to 'confirm time' then edit. Alot of extra steps that should just be in the first window

  18. When I'm checking a client out, I tap on there name to add the credit card to profile, once done i then have to exit out of the checkout window and start fresh for the card on file to appear. I'd like to be able to put the card on file and go back into the existing transaction and the new card on file automatically appear

  19. Allow for stylists to send some sort of "received" notification when their clients arrive. Sometimes they don't get the arrived notification so it would be helpful if they can send a received notification back to reception so we know they know.

  20. Due to the pandemic most salons are operating under reduced capacity to keep the occupancy low.

    Curbside checkin via automated text message (such as one that Rosy provides) would notify the front desk and ping the stylist, avoiding overcrowding in the waiting area or building.
