  4. We use packages to sell prepaid series on a single service but that does not gurantee that they will see the same provider and the comission is that of a service, so being able to set commsion amount as well as attach a service provder to it at checkout woudl be helpful.

    We have spent YEARs offering this to clients and it has become quite a headache now that we have blvd. I would love to be able to sell a package of 6 massages and not assign comission to the the whole lump of the sale but rather as…

  6. There is no option to easily and quickly run a report and find employees sick days or days they were scheduled to work but did not. We don't have the time or resources to go through 12 months for each employee day by day or week by week.

  7. In the Manage Business/Billing section, I would like to be able to print the Invoice Summaries for ACH charges made by Blvd. that are linked to our bank account. We require a paper trail for charges in order to reconcile our books on a monthly basis and for tax auditing purposes. Thank you.

  8. When looking at client history and seeing a cancelation, stylist are always quick to think they cancel all the time. Different colors for the different cancellations would be a quick visual to know why they cancelled.

  10. We're looking to add a service for a non-gendered haircut option with a range so clients don't feel triggered when receiving a gendered appointment confirmation email, so we can be inclusive of our nonbinary and trans* clientele.

  15. When stylists are busy working on clients & reception staff is busy, it can slip through the cracks when an appointment time has changed for that day. It would be best if the system automatically notified the stylist (via text) any time there has been an adjustment to an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment time. So that would include cancellations and appointment start times.

  16. When inputting services for a discount. I tried to see what services I excluded to make sure I got them all that didn't apply to the discount, but I am unable to view that. It isn't an option.

  17. Sometimes a stylist, booth renter or front desk does not enter who sold retail and this has become a huge problem. It is too timely do go thru each day at payroll and look at each order. Having an unspecified line with total and way to access all of the orders would allow us to properly put order to who sold it. Also a report to check for unspecified sold retail would help as well

  20. Would love to be able to access more client information on the app. Such as, allergies. Most often, I am using the app while in my treatment room with a client rather than referring to a computer.
