Cancellation Reports
Able to filter cancelled appointments or cancelled new clients so we can email those clients to try to get them in again!

Verbiage around final checkout in person
Even if a client has vouchers to redeem or has a gift card balance/account balance, our booking widget looks like the client's credit card is being charged because there is a "total amount" and the total is also shown on the "Review Your Booking" page after cc details are entered.
It appears that the credit card entered was charged with the total amount versus some verbiage stating that their card will only be charged after services are rendered. Clients are contacting us confused as to whether or not their card has been charged.

Ability to add a form to an appointment
If you open an upcoming appointment and add a form the form opens in that moment. Would like to be able to add a form at random to then just be attached to the appointment in the pending state

ADDING ON DAY 29 TO FEB!!!
Hi ! Can we request to add on 29 days to the DOBS for February? We have a couple clients whos DOB is Feb 29th and it only allows us to the 28th !

Allow cut time changes from profiles
Allow cut times to be altered from the client's profile rather than solely from an active appointment. That way if they don't have an active appointment, we can still make accommodations for future appointments.

Additional category level for the menu
Is there any chance of having another Menu level? Right now we only have one so I have to put all Lash Styles at Level 1 when really I'd prefer to have Lash Extensions/Lash Style. I have 10 styles of Lash Extension and in each there are 8 service offerings so it would be nice to have a Master Category then Style then Services

Tap on time to book not just the + sign
I'd like to be able to tap on the time in the column to book a new service and it automatically register as that time to book when the appointment window pops up

Upload Photo on Inventory
It will be great that the BOH is able to upload image to each of the retail product so that the front desk is able to skim through the inventory list easier when client want to make a purchase

Automatically schedule and syn cZoom meetings for virtual consults. Zoom link to be automatically added to the client calendar, or sent out in confirmation email.
