  2. When assigning services to. A new technician. We should be able to. Checkboxes for the services instead of having to customize each service.

    It's so tedious you have to go in and individually customize and make assignable each individual service instead of having a list of services and being able to check the ones that apply to that new technician.

  10. Apply an offer from the scheduling screen

    Be able to apply an offer when booking - not have to go to the checkout screen. Would be helpful when using the "Booked forecast" report so that the sales income is accurately reflected and the checkout process is faster because its already applied!
