  2. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

  3. Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

  11. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  13. we have many different services that require different pre and post care instructions. for example, in the booking notification for a spray tan we want to tell them to wear specific clothing, for lashes we want to let them know to plan not to wash their face or shower. for extensions we want to let them know to take Tylenol bc their heads will be sore. on vagaro I was able to customize the client instructions based on what service they were getting

  14. I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.

  19. “Other” drop down option in charts that populate a fill in the blank section or a similar concept of selecting a certain button on charting that populates another box for more information. This would help keep our basic charting clean and when needed, adding additional boxes and info.

  20. I would love to be able to see our top clients with loyalty program points. It would also be amazing to offer those top clients more perks as far as levels go (similar to Nordstrom)
