    As it stands now: If a client responds to a reminder text that they wish to cancel their appointment but includes any form of affirmation including y, ya, yas, ye, yep, yes, yu, yus, yuss, yass, yess, yep, yup, sure, sure thing, see you, see you then, excited, so excited, confirm, in their response it triggers an appointment confirmation.

    THIS WOULD NOT MAKE SENSE IF THEY SAY "not sure", it triggers confirmation, and the salon would have no idea

  2. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  5. Is there a way to edit our outgoing SMS and EMAILS for all our locations at once?

    We would like to edit our SMS and EMAIL reminders, but ideally, in one go / page.
    Even the confirmation emails should be the same for all locations.

  6. We need to be able to select 'custom payment type' with $0.00 as the total.

    Currently, the only way to get to 'custom' or 'other' payment type is to enter a dollar amount.

    When we have Groupon customers (or Cherry or other) we do not know the exact $ amount at checkout.

    It depends on the fee and sales and other factors by the 3rd party.
    BUT not having the access to the 'other' payment option with a zero dollar total makes all these transactions hard to track.

  7. Please allow us to sort Reports alphabetically (by report name) and please FIX the the 'sort by date updated' which is broken

  8. There is a payment list that shows all payments, but it looks like it's only on closed accounts. Not the ones booked in advance. It would be great to be able to see those as well.

  10. We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.

    Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

  16. The Sales and Refunds report has a column called Created On. Unfortunately, dates aren't in mm/dd/yyyy format. The leading zeros aren't there. For instance, February 2nd isn't 02/02/yyyy it's 2/2/yyyy. This creates a problem when sorting the data by that column. So the report for the month, when sorted by the column "Created On" puts the transactions from the 2nd after the 19th. To solve this problem please change the way dates are recorded in the system. Thanks!

  18. Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

  20. When in the room with a client discussing add-ons and price, it would be so helpful if we could see if they have account credit or vouchers available to apply to the service. This would make providing quotes on the fly so much easier. We currently use a paper "ticket" that the front desk creates and hands to the service provider.
