  1. Make it to where clients arrive twice when they are booked with two separate providers. For example, if they have a lash appointment an hour before a hair appointment, they can "arrive" twice so each provider knows when they are ready for the next service.

  2. It would be helpful to have customizable features under the clients name. Things that are linkable to the chart notes like DOB or allergies. If they could be posted on the calendar view under a clients name within their appointment. That way we can see important details as glance.

  3. I have artists that work at both locations and since we are on a sliding scale it woulds be helpful to base their commissions on the total from both locations not just one.

  8. We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

  10. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  11. It would be great to have a way to know who checked out or scheduled a guest without having to log in and out of boulevard. Maybe a pin code for each person that they enter upon confirming the booking or hitting checkout.

  13. We would like services that are not Bookable Online to still appear in our self-booking overlay so that clients can see all available service options. In the description of the disabled services, we would just note that they must call the salon to book. We've had a lot of appointments booked incorrectly because clients don't see the service they are wanting as an option.

  18. reports are sorted into FOLDERS but there is no way to sort them inside these folders, and what's more, there is no order to HOW they are sorted now.

    can this be addressed???
    would it be hard to at LEAST make this alphabetical by default????

    seems like such a simple thing and complete counterintuitive

  19. As more and more float tanks and hydrotherapy spas are popping up - a way to log pool chemicals (Chlorine, Alkalinity, pH, etc) would be AMAZING. A simple log that can be stored in the software for easy reference.

  20. Please add a “report created” trigger to Boulevard’s Zapier integration — especially for performance or sales reports.

    As a single-location business owner, I rely heavily on KPIs to grow my team and track performance, and I’m building automated dashboards using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Klipfolio.

    However, right now there’s no way to trigger an automation when a Boulevard report is generated, which limits our ability to sync data in real time or even on a recurring basis.

    This one trigger would:
    • Eliminate manual downloads and uploads
    • Empower more small businesses to use automated reporting
