We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

Report: All active offers with details
Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

Team Transparency
It would be great to have a way to know who checked out or scheduled a guest without having to log in and out of boulevard. Maybe a pin code for each person that they enter upon confirming the booking or hitting checkout.

List a date on "in progress" forms and charts under the forms and charts tab in clients profiles
It would be nice to know what appointment the "in progress" chart belongs to.

Make services disabled for Online Booking visible in the self-booking overlay
We would like services that are not Bookable Online to still appear in our self-booking overlay so that clients can see all available service options. In the description of the disabled services, we would just note that they must call the salon to book. We've had a lot of appointments booked incorrectly because clients don't see the service they are wanting as an option.

Leviticus would like the option to require internal notes to be input at the time of booking from the dashboard.

remove reason for cancellation
I do not want to be required to select a reason for cancelling the appointment when cancelling - it makes the process take too long.

Please allow for SORTING by date or name in the REPORTS folders
reports are sorted into FOLDERS but there is no way to sort them inside these folders, and what's more, there is no order to HOW they are sorted now.
can this be addressed???
would it be hard to at LEAST make this alphabetical by default????seems like such a simple thing and complete counterintuitive

Pool Chemical Log
As more and more float tanks and hydrotherapy spas are popping up - a way to log pool chemicals (Chlorine, Alkalinity, pH, etc) would be AMAZING. A simple log that can be stored in the software for easy reference.

Add “Report Created” Trigger for Zapier Integration
Please add a “report created” trigger to Boulevard’s Zapier integration — especially for performance or sales reports.
As a single-location business owner, I rely heavily on KPIs to grow my team and track performance, and I’m building automated dashboards using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Klipfolio.
However, right now there’s no way to trigger an automation when a Boulevard report is generated, which limits our ability to sync data in real time or even on a recurring basis.
This one trigger would:

You add some type of notifcation bell for Messages, Phone Calls, Bookings.
We have BLDV up on the computer all day and we are kinda busy so its quick to forget to stop at the computer real quick to check and see if someone has messaged/texted us, booked a sameday appointment, or if someone is calling. Unless we are standing at the computer most times we miss all the potential notifcations until someone stops and looks. So i would love the abilty to have a sound when atleast a message comes in!

Help us get rid of needing to use MailChimp. Please add a feature for collecting new client prospects through our website
We have to use external platform as a funnel for gathering new clients by offering an incentive for joining our newsletter from our website. Currently BLVD only takes in new clients if they book a treatment/service. Is there a way to gather more marketing funnels.

Integrate with Sylton's Observe 520 for the IQ system that Alma uses. Since you are moving more into the medical side, many of your clients will be working with Alma Lasers and have IQ systems. If you had an integration that could far more easily integrate the IQ pictures straight into the patient's gallery in Boulevard, that would be amazing.

Forms and charts
- Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
- Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
- When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)
