hello , i think it would be a good idea to have a way to tag multiple customers at the same time instead of individually adding a tag
Since we are a spa care there are customers that have memberships and some don't . we add tags to set them apart from the regular clients . but when tagging we have to enter the number of a client individually and tag them . i think it would be a cool idea if there were something in the system to filter and add all the clients at the same time and add all the same tag.

Individual Form Sending & Client Acknowledgements
I would appreciate clarification on why forms cannot be sent to clients individually. Having this capability would be extremely helpful for agreements, permissions, incident acknowledgements, and other time-sensitive or service-specific documentation. The ability to send, track, and confirm acknowledgment of forms on an individual basis would greatly support personalized services, compliance, and proper client communication.

Multiple services for adding Voucher manually in Wallet
Now that we can manually add vouchers to a client's wallet, please give us the option to add a few of the same types of services like we can when creating a package in the first place. Meaning:
I have 5 types of services under "90min massage" and when creating a package deal I can make them all redeemable: (Swedish, sports, deep tissue etc). consultation fee charge applies to account credit
I know many people charge for consults, as do we. We allow the patient to then use the consultation fee toward service or product within 365 days from consultation of their choosing. I think it would be nice to have this charge apply as an account credit for the patient. We currently have to manually add the credit (and then babysit the calendar for 364 days to ensure they're within their allotted window of use). Enable membership account credit to be renewed monthly, letting members bank the membership dollar amount

Give a percent discount with the referral program
It would be even more helpful on the referral program to offer percentage-based discount options (e.g. 10%, 15%, 20% off next visit/service)
It would also be helpful to mix discount types
-i.e. referrer gets 10% off, new patient gets $50 off.percentages work better with our pricing system and feels more generous for higher value services.

Universal Gratuity Prompt Based on Full Checkout Total
We frequently sell service packages (like microneedling), and we’ve noticed that when a patient purchases a package, the checkout screen doesn’t prompt for gratuity. Even though the patient is still receiving a service that day, gratuity has to be added manually, which isn’t ideal for staff or providers.
We’ve also run into a similar issue with product-only checkouts (like skincare). Since gratuity prompts are tied to having a service listed, we’re unable to prompt for gratuity in those cases as well.

add service to a receipt without needing to create an appointment
Be able to check out a service to redeem a voucher which was previously entered incorrectly without having to create an appointment. For accounting purposes, it is better to handle it this way than to just VOID a voucher bc there is no tracking rhyme or reason on why vouchers were adjusted.

Create a required reason for a voucher adjustment which can be seen when auditing a client's account.

add products to in appointment
I need to be able to add products my client is purchasing while I am in their appointment screen. It only allows it at check out and providers do not check out the clients in or rooms- they are sent to the front desk. Commissions are tied to the products and providers need to add them to the client appointment before sending them out to the lobby for check out. Thanks!

Link walk-in client data
When walk-in clients check in on the iPad, it should automatically pull their info if they've been to the salon before. It shouldn't make them enter in their email or name every single time they walk in. We should also be able to determine what data we want from the customer. Maybe email isn't something we want.
