  1. Allow clients to add or adjust a tip amount after the service is completed. Most clients do not choose an option for tip when booking because they think they can adjust once they have been checked out. 80% of my clients do not realize once they click "cash tip" during booking there is no option to change it.

  2. Mandatory for service providers to write in what they did for the client of their appointment so we have recorded progress or in a big salon with multiple service providers, it would decrease miscommunication and expectations when subsituting for someone with their client while it will start training people to be better communicators and attentiveness of clients

  3. ...I think it would be more useful to have them at longer intervals like 6 hours each or even twice a day and provide the option to select the report to be prioritized as the next to get refreshed. I imagine that most businesses do not use the BETA reports feature on a basis of needing information from the current day. In this case, decreasing interval of refreshing would have little impact to businesses, but to provide an option to skip all the scheduled refreshes to the queue of locations needing a refresh on a particular report (or all) would…

  4. You're currently unable to see your history with a client, it only shows the most recent history for the client themselves. This isn't helpful if it has been a long time since a service provider has seen a client, because the initial interactions will be potentially off-putting (i.e. "Nice to meet you" versus "Nice to see you again!").

  5. We are a sauna, our service providers are sauna cabins, so leaving a tip to the person cashing you out would be a great option. As well, there is no option to leave a tip for purchasing a product. We are about to move to a larger retail section and it would really be appreciated for clients to be able to tip the people that helped them.

  6. It would be nice if there was a button to close out the week or 4 day view. When you click on the week you have to go back to the filters to get back to where you were.

  7. We often have products that we price the same but their cost is different. We need our purchase orders to match our billing slips exactly. Would be nice to add multiple line items to a purchase order, for example...

    Ring $40 - Cost: $20 - # of items: 4 - Total $80

    Ring $40 - Cost: $23 - # of items: 4 - Total $92

    etcetera...

  9. The default view for booking shows the first 5 barbers, but there is no scroll bar or indication that the consumer can scroll to view more barbers who may be availalbe for the day. This results in fewer bookings for barbers who are not in the "top 5"

  11. We now book Massage at the same time as a Lash appointment. We have 2 different providers. Both though need notifying that their guest is here. Only the first booked receives it right now.

  12. If a client would like to book all their appointments, it would be more convenient to do it with one function instead of individually having to cancel them. This is when they are not booked as recurring but possibly booked a couple of blow dry appointments and a couple of colors on individually chosen dates.

  17. I was working on a Purchase order and had heavily edited things when I accidentally clicked outside the PO area on the screen. It closed the PO and lost all of my changes. It would be nice to have a warning that there are unsaved changes before it throws them away.

Due to Covid and asking clients to wait outside in their cars and to text upon arrival, it would be helpful if similar to when picking up food ordered ahead of time and picked up (like at Panera for example) you could click a link that says "I'm Here and parked" Then for it to be an autmoated text repsonse that their technician will be right with them... Or to wait patiently while your stylist gets the suite (or chair, salon, area, etc) ready for you.

    This is especially great for suite owners, barbershops, salons, etc that may have limited…

  19. From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.

    Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.
