  3. feedback- I dislike the new format as it only lists 3-5 forms when you try to add one on an office visit, and there is no way to search for one. This is a big problem for me as I can't get the form attached to the visit to take notes!
    Also- one of my most used charts is usually not listed as a choice, so I have traditionally had to search for it...now I can't even do that. We need to be able to "star" favorite forms so they are at top of lists with things like this.

  4. Accidentally checked in a client by mistake, the only way to undo the mistake is to void the entire ticket and then re-book the client. We should just be able to quickly undo a mistaken check-in

  5. We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

  8. This means I can pull up a client, and it will show branches of who they have referred as branches, and then break that down into additional branches of who those clients have referred. All leading back to the main client!

  9. I often use a laptop and ipad to chart at work. I am unable to add forms to chart on from the laptop/desktop version of Boulevard. Would be convienent and helpful to be able to do this from both devices.

  11. It would be nice to have a photo app system that allows you to take photos of your patients and it will upload them into the patients chart. It will also have features to mirror images for before and after images

  16. Ability to allow a service to be booked with one resource or another, or to have a service that can be booked with both resources.
    Example:
    BBL+Moxi = BBL-Moxi Machine

  18. Please make a way that we can be alerted via the app that we have an unread text messages, so we can respond right away without having to log in. We are unable to respond in a timely fashion because we dont get an alert.

  19. We are having issues where our clients are filling their forms out and the providers are coming to grab them because they have receive the check in alert. It would be nice if it didn't alert them until after they have completed their form so they client isn't feeling rushed by the provider coming in to grab them.
