We’d love to enable the ability for clients to send or gift packages and gift cards to other users. Ideally, this functionality would be integrated into the backend checkout process, where team members could select an option to "gift" a package or gift card to another existing profile.

Ideal Flow:

While checking out a client, staff can choose to assign the package/gift card to another existing profile in the system (e.g., a family member or friend).

The recipient’s profile would be searchable and selectable during checkout.

Minimum Viable Version:

Allow packages to be sent to another email address, similar to how e-gift cards work today.

If the email doesn’t match an existing profile, a new one could be auto-created (or the recipient can activate it via email, similar to e-gift card flows).

This would be a huge value-add, especially around holidays or gifting occasions, and aligns with current client behavior and requests. This is currently our biggest reason for not pushing packages more, which is a bummer as it's a great, quick cash increase.

Allow users to buy gift cards for services, instead of just for dollar amounts.

YES! 1000% agree. I have a pre-natal package and a bridal package that other people want to buy as gifts for someone and not have the ability to either transfer the package to another client or have it is a gift is incredibly frustrating for not only us but also clients when there is confusion on how to get the package to the recipient.

Package Services to be loaded onto a physical card with a serial number. The clients like to leave with something physical to gift. The code on the card can be added or scanned just like a gift card. "Enter or scan package code" possibly under the gift card section at checkout, then those services can be loaded from the package entered to be bought. When the client presents the card or calls to book their services, it can be looked up to see the remaining services they have with the package they bought or were gifted. When the package service is checked out the code is entered to cover the specific service or services just like a gift card to remove that balance from the card.

I understand the vouchers do this on a clients profile but the card gives them something physical to leave with and it makes checkout more seamless instead of asking the information for the recipient getting the spa package so the vouchers are on their profile, especially if they do not have an existing client profile already.

Please deploy an option to sell Git Cards as Vouchers for services. Currently, we are limited to selling dollar amounts.

Some purchasers do not want the recipient to see the amount they spent on the gift.

Checkout with voucher gift cards would be easier if they behaved more similarly to other vouchers, as well as being reported as liability in the correct category

We sell 3-packs of massages but they cannot be given to other clients. Ideally, a client could purchase a massage package and send it to another client.

On the checkout you can add a voucher to a giftcard, but you can't create a voucher giftcard and make it for sale online. Needs to be consistent.

It would be great if clients could see a list of services for gift cards instead of 50 100 150 etc if we could have the selection be preprgrammed by us for our services...for our example it would be 40 min sauna session tax & gratuity included thanks!

This is needed because sometimes people buy packages under their accounts that are gifts that they want to give to someone else-

Being able to sell gift cards online and have the clients select "Facial" or "Massage" rather than $25 or $50, etc
