We’d love to enable the ability for clients to send or gift packages and gift cards to other users. Ideally, this functionality would be integrated into the backend checkout process, where team members could select an option to "gift" a package or gift card to another existing profile.
Ideal Flow:
While checking out a client, staff can choose to assign the package/gift card to another existing profile in the system (e.g., a family member or friend).
The recipient’s profile would be searchable and selectable during checkout.
Minimum Viable Version:
Allow packages to be sent to another email address, similar to how e-gift cards work today.
If the email doesn’t match an existing profile, a new one could be auto-created (or the recipient can activate it via email, similar to e-gift card flows).
This would be a huge value-add, especially around holidays or gifting occasions, and aligns with current client behavior and requests. This is currently our biggest reason for not pushing packages more, which is a bummer as it's a great, quick cash increase.
