  1. An owner or admin of the account should have full access to their MR system in voiding credits or changing credits. SO often patients pre pay for syringes of filler and change what filler they want but they cant use their credit appropriately and i cant void their banked units. Or they pre pay for sculptra and choose radiesse etc. We need a way to be able to adjust product units that are banked!

  6. currently, you cannot charge a missed appt fee on a free service if you have your MAF set to a percentage. (which we prefer since larger appointment times/services cause more lost productivity when cancelled late/missed. HOWEVER we think it is important to offer free consultations to encourage people to come check us out. Today, though for example, we had a lady book consults on 3 services for an entire hour block...and no showed. We had no way to charge her other than to put a bill on file if she tries to come in again. This just really should be…

  7. Membership changes like day of monthly renewal or changes to type of membership plan should be an edit option rather than having to cancel current membership and then resign patient up for new plan all over again.

  8. Instead of blocking clients from booking with EVERYONE, but sometimes only a specific stylist doesn’t want to accommodate a customer and don’t want to get booked by he/she again.

  11. When a refund is initiated and fails whether due to a processor error, expired card, or other issue there is currently no automatic alert to notify staff. As a result, these failed attempts can go unnoticed unless someone manually checks the status, increasing the risk of unresolved refunds and negatively impacting the customer experience.

    We are requesting a feature that triggers an in-app alert to the location’s Notification Center as well as an email to the location’s designated email address when a refund fails. This would ensure the appropriate team is immediately informed and can take corrective action without delay.…

  14. We see patients virtually out of state. Appointments only allow us to book and send reminders in our current time zone, however. This create confusion for the patient in a different time zone. Is there a way to show what time it will be in their time zone when booking and reminding them of their appointment?

  15. Ability to generate a Report showing Birthdays by Month; enables us to see all current clients with January bdays or February...etc. We used this info with our previous software company to send out specials for Birthdays that month.

  18. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  19. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  20. Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.

    I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

    If we were able to use google tag manager within the booking widget, I can set up tracking for all channels.
