  1. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  2. As of now we would have to pull 3 reports individually for each employee. One for Product Commission, one for Service Commissions and one for Tips.

    Can we please have access to a report that we could download and send to each employee individually with that weeks Consolidated details of Commissions for product and services plus tips?

  3. The current status are good (Unconfirmed, Confirmed, Arrived, Completed) but we need the option to add custom statuses as well.

    Examples:
    1. Clients that have "Arrived" might not be fully checked in but there is no way to see the difference. It creates additional work for staff and service providers.
    2. Some appointments are paid at check-in, but when it is paid for the appointment moves to completed which makes it look like the client has left.
    3. Some appointments must be reviewed by staff 24h prior and need an additional status to mark accordingly.

  4. When filtering clients, we would like to have an option to filter clients based on when the most recent message was sent. For example to filter out clients if they were contacted less than a month ago.

  7. It would be great to have a projection of sales based on existing appointments to help for planning and budgeting. I switched from Vagaro and that feature was really nice to have.

  8. Vouchers should not be listed as a product and be included in the report
    I would under stand if it was under memeberships but the whole set up is not ideal for business
    they tend to get lost in the product list

  9. A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

  10. Add a service count indicator on the appointment details that shows how many times the customer has done that service in the past. For example, if the customer has already completed 4 60min massage appointments, the schedule would have an indicator (when you click to see details) that shows they've completed 4 previously so we know it is their 5th.

    This would help provide better conversations with clients, and better staff awareness when a client is completing series of scheduled/prescribed treatments.

  14. The app (iOS) recently started showing staff not scheduled to work but with timeblocks in their schedule when set to the "is working" filter. This is not the same behavior as the dashboard view. It is confusing to show staff that do not have open schedules and kind of misses the point of "is working" if they aren't scheduled to work.

    We often have lunch breaks blocked on every day even if someone doesn't work. This ends up having them show up on the schedule even if they aren't working.

  16. Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

  17. When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

  18. Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.
