  2. A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

  3. Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

  4. MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

  5. It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

  7. Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

  9. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  10. In need of a way to set an option to send an automatic reminder text, at a custom time interval, to remind color clients to schedule a glaze or another appointment if they did not rebook upon checkout.

  11. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  12. Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....

    We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.

    Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

  14. Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

  15. It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.

    It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.

    We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

  16. When selling a membership, if you select to have the membership start on a future date, have the ability to also have the charge be set up to withdraw on that date instead of the date of the transaction. Ex: sale on 8.1, membership start 8.15, client doesn't get charged till 8.15

  17. Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

  18. Clients would be more aware of the commitment, and any cancellations or no shows would feel less surprising or punitive...From my personal experience clients respond and are more communicative when we are already HOLDING on to their money.

    As for keeping a card on file the clients Freeze/ Lock their card when they miss their appointment. THAT has been the most frustrating thing of all.

    I believe that Upfront deposits could provide a smoother experience overall and could prevent those unhappy moments or reviews after an appointment is missed.

  20. Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:

    Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships

    Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.

    Product sales - shows all your sales for each product

    Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class

    Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…
