  3. Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.

    This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

  4. can you please add a second tax rate option? our state has a 6.5% tax, but a 7.5% tax on alcohol sales.
    I have a wine and beer license and my clients get wine and beer offered electively during their services

  7. Was thinking that the professional app should send notifications if a business desires in order to alert staff that they are running behind. I would ultimately love it if the app had a "live console" mode that if there is:

    upcoming appointment, shows minutes until expected arrival, what the client's normal minutes prior or late to appointment check in is (using client database)

    current appointment, shows checkin time, start time if stylist marks as active state, shows expected completion time, BUT shows timer countdown until expected completion time and percentage of current appointment and color coded background that starts flashing…

  8. inventory quantity shows during a sale as you're typing in the product in the search bar This way when a client is wanting something not quickly found on the sales floor, staff can quickly realize if we have some in back-stock or if we are out without having to run a report which is higher on the privileges allowance that most of my reception staff.

  10. It's very easy to accidentally make changes at the brand level that are meant for just one location because the screen in general, and the top nav bar in particular, looks almost exactly the same no matter which one you're on

  11. It would be beneficial to be able to see how many vouchers or product units a client has available to be redeemed when making a new appointment instead of having to fully open their profile to view.

  12. When a client pre-pays for units at a discount, they are added to the profile with the full list price indicated as the value. It would be good to easily be able to refer to how much they actually paid instead of having to go through their orders to find the original purchase.

  15. When you currently buy a package it is a product with one "seller/service provider" who then gets the lump sum of the commission for themselves when the client is able to see different service providers when booking. This is common here, we have clients who purchase massage packages but like to see 2-3 different therapists but the commission is already paid through the product package sold.

    Clients should be able to buy the package with no attached provider and then there needs to be a report that can be run every payroll with the packages redeemed and with which service…
