  2. It would be great to see the actual time that is open during the process time of another appointment for double booking purposes. Right now, when you hover over an existing appointment that has an open space during process time, it shows the time of the existing appointment and not the open time. It can be confusing to determine what the open time is.

  4. Blocks are a majority of time used to denote lunches, breaks, personal time and tasks. It is rare that blocks are used for productive purposes for a business. Most productive uses would likely fall under a service appointment instead. It would be beneficial if the utilization percent used this as then it would reflect hours making money per hours scheduled rather than hours there are anything on the schedule per hours scheduled.

  5. When adding in "columns grouped by month" in a beta report, the months should be in chronological order if the report date range started the year prior.

  6. When rescheduling an appointment at checkout, it would be helpful to see the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the appointment that day.

    For example, when checking out, I currently have to manually count the number of weeks between the client's last appointment and the current appointment. It would be helpful to have it calculated automatically when rebooking.

  8. Adding "at checkout" underneath the "When" category. I need to create a form for my clients to sign off on at the end of their appointment expressing their satisfaction with the outcome of their hair. This will help to avoid any client stating they were not satisfied with the services provided or their results later, after telling you that everything was good.

  10. On the comments section on the appointments, it would be nice if we could edit it. It would also be helpful if we could make it more than 1 line (use enter button) and also if we can add the comment at any time during the visit, not just after the checkout has been completed.

  12. A user more user friendly way to check on the configuration of Shopify Integration. I want to see which location I have mapped. Today there is no way to even know this is possible. You have to hit Configure >> Setup and there is nothing here that says "Current Configuration".

  14. Cyro is a service that some folks get done daily. While it is possible to remove the client as a whole from receiving text or email reminds, it would be great to limit according to services

    Ex: cyro appointments do not require reminders but facials do

  19. Example from a current issue: we have a group booking tag/emoji and it is supposed to only be added to appointments (not profiles) but it is currently on 185 client profiles. We want to remove this but we can't really spare the time to manually remove it form that many profiles, especially due to the fact that it could continue to happen and we would need to do all the work again.

    This actually applies to multiple appointment level tags so there are even more than that 185 that are effected.

  20. can you please add a second tax rate option? our state has a 6.5% tax, but a 7.5% tax on alcohol sales.
    I have a wine and beer license and my clients get wine and beer offered electively during their services
