Give us the ability to set parameters on forms.
Right now everyone one gets forms attached to every appointment. Clients are annoyed they feel like the have to fill them out every time they come in. The system should know if we are adding a brand new client and booking an appointment then the new client should get forms. The settings need to be for NEW clients, not every appointment.

Create a payment type called "House Charge"
We often have clients who we send invoices to and they remit payment from their production company, etc. after the fact. Sometimes it's weeks or months later. It would be great to have a payment type called "House Charge" to make sure that service providers receive their commission timely and a way that when that person schedules another appointment, it shows an outstanding charge. Being able to run a report to show any outstanding charges would also be helpful.

Update professional app reports to show changes in product commission
The professional app shows product sales based on the state of the order when it is originally closed. If you update the seller that information is never shown on the professional app. This results in service providers getting upset that they didn't get commissions that they actually received because we edited the seller after the sale. Another solution would be a "commission" report on the app that allows the provider to see what their commission should be for a given date range similar to the commission report in the desktop.

Favorite Buttom
As a front desk person my therapist and clients truly appreciate when I can mark their therapist as a favorite so when anyone creates their next apt it is with the appropriate therapist without us asking each time. Currently only clients can do this when scheduling online. An example, if I favorite a client's massage therapist and they have a facial following, it favorites both, but they were only seeing the other person due to their regular one being out. Could we please create a way for Front Desk staff to favorite each client with 2 different favorites. Your help…

Notification to service provider when an appointment is waitlisted for them including when and what.
This would not only indirectly cause service providers to be more aware that there is further demand for them, it would directly incentivize them to keep tabs on their books and make changes that managers and front desk staff normally would overlook in order to get the clients (and revenue) in :)

Being able to customize a clients appointment time even after they check out. In a section in their profile.
Sometimes in the hustle & bustle of things we forget to change the duration of a clients appointment and then we either 1) have to go find their next appointment (which is no biggie) and adjust the time, but you have those instances where they do not rebook in studio and if they do it at home online and we don't catch it to adjust their appointment in time we are stuck. We have clients who are older or have disabilities who sometime need more time and if we forget to include that we have to wait, but they could…

Press "enter" to send text messages to clients
When in the "Messages" tab in the client's profile. After typing out a message I really dislike having to use my mouse to click "send". I would like to just be able to hit "enter" to send a message.

Account Credits API
We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

When purchasing a membership, a card on file should be saved to the client profile without having to click the "consent to store" box.

Prebook/ Rebook option after check-out
As of right now, the only time a Prebook or rebook tracks is if the prebooking was done at check-out before collecting payment. It would be helpful to have the option to either go back to "view appointment" and then be able to select a prebook option to set a new prebooked appointment, OR to add a prebooking tick-box when setting an appointment through "new appointment". Lastly, either function should help track the prebook metric.

Display exact processing time in the calendar view for double booking
It would be great to see the actual time that is open during the process time of another appointment for double booking purposes. Right now, when you hover over an existing appointment that has an open space during process time, it shows the time of the existing appointment and not the open time. It can be confusing to determine what the open time is.

In reports, I feel Hours Booked for utilization purposes should be the cummulative hours booked and exclude blocks.
Blocks are a majority of time used to denote lunches, breaks, personal time and tasks. It is rare that blocks are used for productive purposes for a business. Most productive uses would likely fall under a service appointment instead. It would be beneficial if the utilization percent used this as then it would reflect hours making money per hours scheduled rather than hours there are anything on the schedule per hours scheduled.

Order of months in Beta Reports
When adding in "columns grouped by month" in a beta report, the months should be in chronological order if the report date range started the year prior.
