More Granular Employee Access & Improved Inventory Report Filtering
It would be incredibly helpful to have more customizable employee access options within the reporting system. Currently, I have receptionists who need access to inventory reports but should not have access to summaries reports. While I was able to grant them access to inventory on hand, they cannot filter the report to see specific details like desired quantity—which limits its usefulness.
Additionally, I’ve noticed that the summaries page displays more data than the reports page. Ideally, these should mirror each other, or the reports page should provide more detailed insights and filtering options.

Different Referral Program Options
We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".
An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

MAKE GROUP MESSENGER AVAILABLE ON APP
Need to be able to access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. We are currently using another software for patient texting and it would be very beneficial to have all in one system. I need a platform where all employees can answer to the messages when we are logged into the app and we get a notification to our phone when someone sends a message.

TouchMD or Similar Integration
I get that Boulevard is trying to transition into the Medical Spa world, but the treatment records just aren't up to speed for that. As Medspa's are now transitioning to wellness the medical bar is getting even higher.
It doesn't have to be TouchMD but some high-end medical charting system that is recognized and accepted in the space.

Group booking two providers
We would like group booking to allow selection of two providers in addition to automatically blocking times off.
Currently, we have to block these times manually for the second provider. This would save us time.

automatic text for missed calls
I'm a sole owner/practitioner and have the main line to the compnay routed to my cell phone. However, it will sometimes get listed as SPAM or missed while I'm with clients and therefore lose potential leads. It would be great to have a feature that we can opt in to where any missed incoming calls get sent a text message letting them know we are busy/if they have any questions/etc so as not to miss out on business.

Shorten appointments after checked out
Allowing users to shorten their appointment after it is checked out to open up their books for new online booking (ie. a 3 hour appt that only took them 2 hours)

Business cost based on units used rather than a flat rate per service.
Add the ability to set a business cost for a service that is dependent on product usage to be $x per unit rather than a flat rate per service. For example, botox is $12 a unit and the business cost is $6 per unit but right now that $6 can only be set as a flat rate so regardless if it's 1 unit or 20 units the business cost stays a $6. This makes the commission payout now a manual process because you have to account for the business cost.

Have a better history log for client profiles
If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"

Search feature in Messages tab
It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

Product Unit Display Management in Client Profiles
Summary:
Add functionality to fully remove product listings from client profiles when orders are deleted, preventing lingering entries with 0 units from appearing in accounts.Description:
Currently, when orders containing product units are deleted, the product listing remains visible in client profiles even with 0 units. This creates confusion for both clients and staff. A new feature would:- Allow complete removal of product listings when associated orders are deleted
- Maintain cleaner client profiles without zero-unit entries
- Prevent confusion about product availability and redemption status
- Streamline the order deletion and cleanup process

Email marketing call to action text button option
Small addition, but it would be amazing if there was an option to put a call to action button where the client can text us. There's just call/email/visit website.

Client History
Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
