  1. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  4. In addition to price and time accommodations, include note accommodations for specific services, such as formulas or a special process for a client, rather than having it in notes, which can be overlooked if different providers are servicing a repeat client.

  5. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  13. There should be a Message button in their Client Portal. We all know clients do not always save the text number but if they're in their portal, should be able to message us through that.

  15. we should have a separate app for texting. we should also be able to unread messages. even better if texts could all go to a "front desk" person (within app) but also to the clients provider (within app)

  16. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  20. It would be nice to assign a provider to a room for the day. Example: Becky is in the Laser Hair Removal Room today and therefore can only be scheduled with services that she can provide IN THAT ROOM.
