  1. It's already a little annoying to have to edit the appointment to add the add ons but now you have to edit the appointment and the click on the 3 dots and click select add on to even show the add on options. It would be way easier if you could add them at check out simply by typing them in like retail.

  3. add a comment area when there is a change to the inventory. Like when i am recounting, a note would be nice. Or loss, to know its because its expired would be nice

  4. Not have just a credit card option for free services (such as corrections). We have to change the amount and then go to "Other" to close out the ticket. Also, even if the service were free not everyone wants to pay a tip by credit card, which is all this options currently provides.

  5. Ability to change employee privilege groups in bulk, instead of one employee at a time. We are getting rid of a privilege group and moving everyone from that one to an existing group, but we first have to move all 50 employees over to their new one before deleting it which is extremely tedious

  7. I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.

  8. Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

  9. As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

  13. Phone numbers are unique to every customer, so it should be used as a unique identifier and so should be a required field. We get very confused when we see 2 "John Smith" and not know who is who. In fact, we need phone numbers more than we need last names, as last name requirements tend to slow us down when making a new customer profile (especially if the last names are foreign and very long), if we just had their first name and their phone numbers, that should be enough to create a client profile.

  15. Historical sync with QBO - from an accounting perspective, historical sync is a MUST for any sales platform. Most apps I've used offer this feature and do not charge anything extra for the integration itself. The fact that the Boulevard <> QBO integration is $45/location/month and only begins syncing sales data from the date of integration forward is highly disappointing. If I can find a third-party app that will provide those features, I will definitely switch and cancel my Boulevard integration subscription.

  18. Add a Timed Option on Forms. For instance it would be nice every X amount of days/months/years the form is sent out to patients to update. We would use this to keep their Health Questionnaire up to date.

  20. Currently long strings of text that exceed the width of display are cut off. Would be helpful if the text was rewrapped to be multi line on displays. On dashboard strings are cut by window size. On professional app it is cut off by width of mobile device.
