  1. I want to use Boulevard to the best of my ability. I personally feel like I could use it so much more and make my business more efficient. The help center is great, amazing, and better than most! But I want to talk to real users who may work around the parameters that we are given. I want to be enlightened and inspired to use more of the system. (Reports, inventory, goals, client retention) I just feel like I've only tapped into about 20% of what this app can really offer. Please help me use it more!!! :)

  4. I would like to propose an enhancement to the way account credits or vouchers are currently tracked within the system. At present, when we apply a credit or voucher to a client's account, it is recorded as a sale or deposit, regardless of whether actual money has been received from the client.

    For instance, in our referral program, when a client refers a friend, the friend receives $10 off their service, and the referring client receives a $10 credit to use towards their next appointment. However, this credit is currently recorded in the system as though it were a physical…

  5. For clients "banking" Dysport, Botox, Fillers, etc should be done like other services and should be able to expire just like other packages and such. Don't have them show up as a dollar credit value and also when they banked so many units on multiple days over the course of the year show them as separate instead of combining them into one amount.

    If you keep them as credits it doesn't show the true amount on the ticket that is paid for and it shows full amount valued not the discounted amount they paid for which can mess up our…

  6. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  9. It would be super helpful for clients to be able to modify their card on file. Unfortunately as it stands now they have to call our office (which isn't always open) and since we operate virtually it's incredibly inconvenient for patients and staff.

  10. UNDER REPORTS- STAFF PERFORMANCE- THE COLUMNS DON'T ALL ADD UP AT THE BOTTOM. iT WOULD BE EXTREMELY HELPFUL FOR ALL OF THE COLUMNS TO ADD UP NOT JUST SALES/REVENUE.

  13. Whenever you hit select time on calendar, resources are not being applied. It would be great if it still pulled resources when booking that way. It should also notify you if you are overlapping resources to confirm if you want to do that.

  17. Allow client notes to be searched by keyword. For example, I would like to collect a list of the clients we have designated as "Do Not Schedule" since using Boulevard by the words "Do Not". It would also be helpful for training purposes if we could search by shared keywords for client scenarios.

  18. Please add: discount codes 1 per year. This will allow us to move toward automation without you building a fully automated system. Example birthday discount, xmas discount....

    We also really need a way see which ones are expired. It is very hard to track and very hard to tell by looking.

    Please also have a not stackable toggle...I would love to auto apply some so that people actually know there there...but currently cannot. When you turn on auto apply it also should not discount already booked appointments. The calendar is not set up that way, the discounts should not be…

  19. I would like to be able to see a list of clients waiting for a particular product that is out of stock. The list should show the client's name, the product name, the date of inquiry, and the date the client purchased the product. If a client comes in and purchases the product, they should automatically be removed from the list. The client's notes should also reflect which product they are waiting for.   20. I think it would be helpful to have a section on the client account page that lists all of the clients who have frozen accounts. This way, we can easily see which clients are about to have their accounts unfrozen and contact them to let them know. We can also use this information to send out reminders to clients about their account status. This would help to ensure that clients are aware of their account status and are able to take appropriate action to avoid any futures refunds!
