  4. It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.

    Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.

    This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.

    This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

  5. We would like an automated text with forms and updated contact information sent before the patients appointment instead of via email. We find that clients are more likely to respond to requests via text message as opposed to email.

  7. Current offers section (gear icon > Offers) can't currently be filtered or easily sorted through after a certain number of offers. It would be helpful to have a report that has all active (and deleted, for historical purposes) offers with all details found on that page, such as code, discount amount, audience and sale item restrictions, etc.

  8. It would be great to have a way to know who checked out or scheduled a guest without having to log in and out of boulevard. Maybe a pin code for each person that they enter upon confirming the booking or hitting checkout.

  10. We would like services that are not Bookable Online to still appear in our self-booking overlay so that clients can see all available service options. In the description of the disabled services, we would just note that they must call the salon to book. We've had a lot of appointments booked incorrectly because clients don't see the service they are wanting as an option.

  11. We see patients virtually out of state. Appointments only allow us to book and send reminders in our current time zone, however. This create confusion for the patient in a different time zone. Is there a way to show what time it will be in their time zone when booking and reminding them of their appointment?

  12. Ability to generate a Report showing Birthdays by Month; enables us to see all current clients with January bdays or February...etc. We used this info with our previous software company to send out specials for Birthdays that month.

  17. Pre-exisiting or returning client profiles should be able to be recognize by entering in their phone number when coming in as a "walk-in" .

  19. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  20. When we send out blast campaigns via text or email it would be nice to see the names of the people who clicked on our ad and not just the number of people who interacted so that we can effectively market towards those people.
