Permission: Reports
We should be able to customize which reports staff can see. It is all or nothing currently. Staff shouldn't see company info or each others info.

There should be an option to print a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit document
There should be an option to print and save a pdf file of the client's chart/forms in case they would like a copy or if we have to submit documents to their other doctors or to do a prior authorization on their behalf. Patient's have the right to obtain a copy of their office notes and or forms completed.

Add client after sale closes
If you create a client from the checkout window and do not click "Save Client" before processing the payment the system does not save the client (Even if you click "Save Client" on the following screen (Where you can print a receipt)).
This can leave an order without a client even when you intended to add a client and in fact clicked "Save Client"
Being able to add a client to an order that doesn't have a client assigned would fix this issue. Making a permission level for this would prevent fraudulently assigning clients for loyalty purposes.

It would be helpful if you were able to add a 'service' to a ticket when checking out a sale/client ticket
without having to physically create an appointment on the books -- for ease of checkout but still showing up on the reports as a service

Client ID
Need Client ID numbers so that we can order labs. Right now we have to either have an ID number or SS number and we don't want to store SS numbers in this system.

Fix bug
If a person has two back to back appointments it fails to show them both on the calendar. Blvd currently shows one appointment for a person and it looks as though there is an open appointment spot on our end when there isn’t.

Search feature in Messages tab
It would be extremely helpful to be able to search keywords in the Messages tab. We are very high volume salon that gets 150+ messages a day, it is harder to have to scroll to find specific messages

Be able to set a default view in the calendar according to individual preference
I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view. Simple work flows using your automated marketing
I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

Separate client contact info and tag permissions
We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

have a place at checkout to add a misc item
Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

Referral program points vs. account credit
It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.
