  4. like the time stamps for a full appointment reschedule, having time stamps for any changes to an appointment (ie provider change, room change, etc) would be incredibly helpful when trying to figure out appointment/schedule changes among staff

  5. Editing multiple packages at once:

    It would be nice to be able to select multiple packages at once to activate/deactivate as well as bulk editing the category. This would make it easier to run series specials.

  6. When a patient uses multiple payment methods at checkout, the screen shows the full amount for the first transaction, which is confusing for patients.

    For example, I had a patient put $300 on one credit card then the rest on another, when I ran the transaction for the first $300, it showed the visit total, not the $300 that they were being charged at that time.

  7. One feature I’m genuinely surprised doesn’t exist in Boulevard is the ability to approve or deny online booking requests before they’re automatically confirmed. Nearly every other major booking platform includes this functionality—and for good reason.

    As a business owner, I need the flexibility to review appointments before locking them in. Whether it’s for new clients, service compatibility, or stylist scheduling nuances, the ability to screen and approve incoming requests is a critical workflow tool that should absolutely be included in Boulevard.

  8. Would like to limit particular offer codes to only be available to be used by a manager. Currently all offer codes can be seen and utilized by every team member.

  10. Please have the option for an automated email to go to the business when a client submits a form so we know that it's happened. We need to know when a client has submitted a membership contract so they don't fall through the cracks.

  16. For the fill slow days automated messages, allow us to set filters as to who would receive the message. We don't want to send a message to someone who was here yesterday. We would like to be able to filter to clients who are on our "rescue lost clients" list or those on the waitlist.

  19. Stylist-Specific Offer Codes:

    Currently, discount codes apply universally across all service providers. We'd love the ability to create offer codes that are tied to specific stylists—this would allow us to run targeted promotions (e.g. for new team members or specific availability) without affecting pricing for the entire team.

    This added flexibility would be incredibly helpful for marketing, onboarding, and stylist growth strategies.

  20. Allow past months inventory levels to stay recorded. If we need to go back to a past month there is no way of cross checking. I find it ridiculous to have to manually add and deduct purchases to get this number.
