We should be able to add a "chart" to a client without them having an appt. In my case today we had an appt disappear from the schedule and we can not add a chart to his profile without booking another appt. Or in a case where we need to add a phone note, etc.

You add some type of notifcation bell for Messages, Phone Calls, Bookings.
We have BLDV up on the computer all day and we are kinda busy so its quick to forget to stop at the computer real quick to check and see if someone has messaged/texted us, booked a sameday appointment, or if someone is calling. Unless we are standing at the computer most times we miss all the potential notifcations until someone stops and looks. So i would love the abilty to have a sound when atleast a message comes in!

recoccuring appointments
have the ability to schedule reoccuring appointments and reoccuring blocks. If a client wants in every 4 weeks on monday at 4pm with a certain service provider for 1 year or never ending it would be great to not have to manually enter every single appointment for them!
Same with reoccuring time off/blocks to schedules!!!!3 votes -
The ability to book guests of clients under their account!
Okay so I know that clients can go online and book an appointment under their own profile for their friends, family, etc. and it will show up as the guest's name coming in with "guest of original clients name" underneath it. I would love a way on the businesses side to be able to book a guest under a clients profile without having to make an entirely new profile for each and every guest. In case this doesn't make sense, here is an example - we have many clients who come for services and also have their children come in…

I would like to see ability for merchant accounts (independent contractors) to be able to automatically pay rent through ACH. Right now I have to create a membership as their direct payment method using their credit card and they are charged a fee and I am charged a fee so I don't receive the full rent amount.

Integrate with Sylton's Observe 520 for the IQ system that Alma uses. Since you are moving more into the medical side, many of your clients will be working with Alma Lasers and have IQ systems. If you had an integration that could far more easily integrate the IQ pictures straight into the patient's gallery in Boulevard, that would be amazing.

Forms and charts
- Forms should be able to be copied and turned into a chart and vs versa so you don't have to start from scratch if you want to change it!
- Also on both forms and charts, common fields should be automatically populated! Fields that should come up automatically include patient name, date of birth, today's date. It's a hassle to fill these out each time! Even the provider's name should come up.
- When the patient fills out the form with their personal information, it should update their profile (with birthday, allergies, etc.)

Pronouns report
We would like a report that can show Clients pronouns if entered. Or a Pronouns column in the existing "Client Records" report. We would also like the ability to filter by Pronouns in the Clients tab.
This way, we can market and create audiences based on gender.
