  1. We should have a faster way to assign employees to services. We have upwards of 40 different services and to click each one and toggle employees on, is not efficient. Maybe you can have the employee tab have all service listed automatically thats assigned to the store they are coded too and then toggle them on or off from there

  2. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  9. When changes are made to appointments, room assignments need to not change. When one service is updated or added, it changes the times for all their other services, thus creating a mess and confusion of when their original bookings were.

  10. We have a client who repied STOP to our confirmation texts. She now receives no notifications of appointments. We need some way to identify this in our schedule so we can call her to confirm her appointments.

    Can there be an automatic flag or emoji assigned for clients who have turned off/opted out of confirmations?

  13. When viewing the report details there should be a way to identify those clients that acted on the blast. I do not see a way to verify/see who is responsive. For example: if I am being charged $2 for each responsive person I should be able to see who they are.

  14. Package Services to be loaded onto a physical card with a serial number. The clients like to leave with something physical to gift. The code on the card can be added or scanned just like a gift card. "Enter or scan package code" possibly under the gift card section at checkout, then those services can be loaded from the package entered to be bought. When the client presents the card or calls to book their services, it can be looked up to see the remaining services they have with the package they bought or were gifted. When the package service…

  15. Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:

    • Select which data columns to display
    • Arrange columns in their preferred order
    • Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
    • Save custom Summary layouts for future use

    Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

  16. Add the ability for businesses to set their preferred default state (checked/unchecked) for the "Resend Confirmation" checkbox when appointment types are changed after patient check-in. Currently, the checkbox defaults to checked and must be manually unchecked each time, which can be time-consuming for staff who frequently need to modify appointment types.   17. We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

  18. Example: When a client uses their Botox credits, remove the botox name from the list entirely. Keeping them on the list with "0 remaining" is unnecessarily confusing and complicates the process when checking available credits. Additionally, store these credits in the wallet at the price the client actually paid, not the regular listed price. This helps avoid confusion and ensures accurate commission calculations for providers.

  20. Add service and product names as columns in the Payments & Refunds report to eliminate the need for cross-referencing with the Detailed Line Item report.     Current Pain Point: Users must manually cross-reference between two different reports to match order numbers with their corresponding services and products, making the process time-consuming and potentially error-prone.
