  1. With prior POS software we got a popup message indicating that a client's appointment was affected when we removed a working day for a service provider. I recently did this and there was no indication from the software letting us know that a client had booked an appointment on one of the days that had been removed from her schedule. We would like to be notified so we can make arrangements to reschedule the client to a different provider and/or different date.

  3. I came from Vagaro and they had easy to read visual data charts. I am a visual person and numbers/text are hard to read. Having easy to read Data such as graphs, pie charts is ideal for business to see the numbers easier for visual people.

  4. We need the ability to take Internal Deposits. We take deposits on all services, not just online services. This should be assignable within the service set up so that it automates the appointment booking process for our front desk. Having to create a sale for an account credit and having the staff manually calculate the deposit amount leaves too much room for human error and takes up more time. We want our booking and checkout process to be seamless and this is a standard feature with most other booking platforms. I am shocked this is not an available feature.

  6. Currently you cant see the prices of services easily at all when booking. It does not show you the price of the appointment until you are almost done booking it. I would like to be able to easily see all prices for different artists while I am on the phone with a client. Right now I have to basically book it to be able to tell them the price.

  8. When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

  10. it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

  12. Our stylists fill out a form with their client to ensure everyone is aligned on price. It'd be great if we could add services and add-ons into the forms and they bring up a total price that the client can agree to.

    This is in an effort to protect our business from clients claiming they weren't quoted a price.

  13. Our medical providers need a way to be able to attach a pdf file to charting. Right now it only allows jpeg format. We do a lot of lab work and prescriptions that need to be uploaded on a patients chart, not under GENERAL patient history. Thank you! Please please :)

  16. Locations can be sold between franchises. Billing will reflect previous invoices under the new franchise, when we need visibility into which invoices pertained to which billing account.

  20. We are closed on weekends so we want our clients receiving email reminders 5 business days/weekdays prior and text reminders 3 business days/weekdays prior and not have the weekends count.
