  1. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

  4. BE able to either control franchisees marketing templates and outreach without being charged for it at the corporate level.

    Also, allow Franchisee sends out their own marketing, but can only access their client base.

Some retail items are almost idential except for strength, size, etc. so the most accurate way to select the exact item being purchased at checkout is to scan it. allowing front desk to type it in instead can cause errors so it would be great to be able to require that they can only scan a barcode in.

  10. When clients check out, after the welcome screen, having a "prebook your next appointment" button where they can do it directly from the iPad while they're in with us would be great. Added bonus-- a suggested timeframe/ note on the screen of when they should rebook for if they decide not to rebook right then.

  11. When we update a service on client's appointment, it doesn't automatically update the resource that's associated with the appointment. It should be linked so that it auto-populates when the new service is selected to avoid any issues.

  12. Zapier/Boulevard is currently limited to a handful of actions, none of which are product related. It would be helpful to have the ability to sell product on our business' external website and have the inventory count be updated and the sale recorded in Boulevard. Having those two actions added would open up a lot of possibilities.

  15. Monthly memberships only offer & provision customer account with monthly credits |  annual membership = annual voucher - Automatically assign the respective memberships offering to that customer account.

  16. When a client has multiple months past due allow options to choose to override or waive months as an exception per client basis. Also when the next charge date is moved in order to process multiple past due months give the option as showing active and not paused.

  17. Being able to sign multiple family members in with the kiosk. Now it signs in 1 name multiple times. When that customer is assigned, it combines the multiple sign ins as 1 person instead of multiple. This causes issues managing the waitlist as the customers have arrived.

  19. A report specific to individual service providers that includes service total, product total, gift card sales, tips, sales tax, and payments; broken down into credit cards, cash, check, etc.

  20. When clients are paying with cash or gift card, I have to basically read off their whole cart, then tell them the tax and the total. It would be great if it just shows up on the iPad so it's not so super awkward!
