  1. I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

  4. We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

  5. Sometimes when we are checking out a customer, we come across a product or service that has not yet made it into inventory. We then have to add a different item and adjust the price to be sure the item is paid for. This throws off our inventory count and creates chaos at checkout. Can you add a misc line at checkout where an item can be manually entered along with the price and an option to add tax or not?

  6. It would be nice if the referral program issued loyalty points that can be converted to dollars vs. automatic account credit. This way actual dollars from membership or account credits etc. are separated from promotional credits.

  8. Manually adding vouchers to a client's chart. Example: giving a client a free session, we should be able to add the voucher to the account without going through check out and zeroing out the balance.

  10. Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.

  15. If patient doesnt have CC on file, Need missed appointment fees to auto add to next appointment checkout AND have a distinctive color/etc to flag staff patient has a balance. Very awkward right now. Have to notice there is a balance, pay it separately etc.

  16. since the most recent update to the reports, the date range functionality has an error in it. I see 2 different problems. When picking a date range by clicking on the dates on the calendar, it does not accept the dates that are entered. The only way to do a custom range now is to enter it into the boxes at the top of the window.

    Also, when running multiple reports for a specific time range(for example, the previous month), you must now enter the date range for each report. Previously, the date range would remain the same until you…

  17. To anyone that is even semi coherent while also being past the age of 60 years old feels like they’ve been transported back into 2005 windows 2 graphics & technology. Top tier New York City salons have cited the inefficiency of this update multiple times which makes it even more detrimental to all professionals nationwide and also worldwide. It’s disappointing to have access to a system that heavily advertises for modern salon technology but reverts to something prehistoric. If my work place is suffering to your technological inabilities then I am fearful for the rest of our industry.

    Example of the providers & use case:
    1. a selling provider (like an MD) that recommends a treatment
    2. provider that actually does the treatment (like a nurse)
