  4. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  5. When we send out blast campaigns via text or email it would be nice to see the names of the people who clicked on our ad and not just the number of people who interacted so that we can effectively market towards those people.

  6. Currently circular logos are not easily supported - and even when trying to upload a square logo with a white background there is a black shadow/frame on the logo. It would be nice to have more customization options so the logo blends seamlessly.

  9. We would like the ability to customize the order of how our staff are listed when patients choose a provider online. Instead of it being alphabetized, we would like to be able to list our primary injector first and secondary injector second.

  10. Our providers would appreciate it if there was a way to send them an alert or notification if a client changes their appointment time same-day or cancels. When our front desk staff works to optimize the schedule, appointments are sometimes moved. Providers would appreciate an extra notification if this happens! :)

  11. Implement google tag manager into the booking dashboard.

    I'm looking to run ads on various social media platforms and other channels besides Meta/Google and I can't track the conversion event when a customer successfully completes a booking.

    If we were able to use google tag manager within the booking widget, I can set up tracking for all channels.

  12. For example we prefer the term "enhancements" vs "add ons" and many of our clients get very confused by the "group appointments" option. We wish we could customize what is used there as well as the descriptions.

  13. reports are sorted into FOLDERS but there is no way to sort them inside these folders, and what's more, there is no order to HOW they are sorted now.

    can this be addressed???
    would it be hard to at LEAST make this alphabetical by default????

    seems like such a simple thing and complete counterintuitive

  14. As more and more float tanks and hydrotherapy spas are popping up - a way to log pool chemicals (Chlorine, Alkalinity, pH, etc) would be AMAZING. A simple log that can be stored in the software for easy reference.

  15. forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

  16. When a client completes a form, we should get some text or email (similar to if a client arrives or books). All of our forms are essential to our client experience, it’ll be more efficient if we got a notification when they were completed!

  17. We’d love to see Boulevard support splitting a single service across two providers, either simultaneously or in a staggered sequence.

    Example Use Case:
    • Service: Leave Out Sew-In (total duration: 4 hrs)
    • Stylist #1 (First 2 hrs): Performs wash, treatment, blowout, and foundation braids
    • Stylist #2 (Final 2 hrs): Installs extensions and finishes styling

    This setup allows us to maximize team efficiency, keep bookings accurate, and provide a seamless experience for the guest — but currently, Boulevard only allows one provider per service.

  18. Please create a built-in Employee KPI Dashboard in Boulevard that lets salon owners and staff track real-time performance vs. goals — directly in the app.

    Key features should include:
    • Goal setting by employee level (Intro, Level 1–4)
    • Real-time tracking of service $, retail $, rebook %, add-ons, etc.
    • Commission tier tracking (e.g., current tier + progress to next)
    • Staff login view to see personal KPIs and goal progress
    • Admin view for full team performance with filters by week/month
    • Daily/weekly summary emails or mobile notifications

    Right now, we’re forced to build workarounds using Google Sheets…

  19. Please add a “report created” trigger to Boulevard’s Zapier integration — especially for performance or sales reports.

    As a single-location business owner, I rely heavily on KPIs to grow my team and track performance, and I’m building automated dashboards using tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, and Klipfolio.

    However, right now there’s no way to trigger an automation when a Boulevard report is generated, which limits our ability to sync data in real time or even on a recurring basis.

  20. we should be able to add a chart to a client profile without having to book an additional appointment. In my situation the appointment disappeared from the schedule and now I cannot add my chart note. Also, if we need to add phone correspondence, we should be able to add a note.
