  2. We have some clients that like to book out for 6+ months at a time. It would be great to have an option to print out the whole list of future appointments as opposed to only one at a time so the client can add them to their calendars.

  3. When a client requests a product and it is not in stock, we would like a way to add them to a waitlist and alert the client this item is now available. Additionally, we would like our staff to be alerted when the product has arrived so we can directly contact those clients waiting.

I'm A bit baffled why we cannot remove certain merchants that are no longer working with us.. it makes it very cumbersome to go through them whether it say active or inactive by their name, it really doesn't matter we would just like to see only the people that are involved in our business on the merchant side.

  6. I would like to suggest that we display the client's primary location if they have booked with us in the past in brackets next to their name. It would be a great feature to have to avoid having to have them confirm their email or phone number if they are not on file with us. Thank you!

  7. It would be helpful to have check-in and check-out alerts, similar to the booking alerts. These are very helpful to assist us if the Client wants the following: Warmer Pod, Music Throughout, Music at the End Only, Their own Music, etc...

  9. A dashboard that shows whats happening in a business. Have it show a quick look at sales, clients booked, etc. that could be pulled from reports. Attached are screenshots of the look/idea.

  10. Pre-booking Defaults should be the same on the calendar when using the extraction operator "" >> " because the option to pick pre-booking defaults should be the same across the board. Currently the checkout window has different pre-booking defaults than the calendar when you press the extraction operator "" >> " button.

  12. To make it easier for clients we should have a separate webpage or widget for clients to purchase series and memberships online. We have many clients who call us confused on how to purchase one of these plans and have to be guided into the individual appointments tab in the booking appointments widget.

  17. It would be helpful as a manager to have more ways to find specific orders. There's so many transactions that are done throughout the day that it is hard to look at every order one by one. For example, it would be helpful to search orders by client's who purchased product X or show me orders that were tagged or booked under redo.
