  2. Allow for an account to be marked as a minor or child and link it to a parent's account. This would allow reminders to go the parents phone/email without having duplicate phone and email information in the database. If I have a parent phone number in for a child, text messages often show up as coming from the child not the parent. Super embarrassing to refer to them by their child's name.

  3. It would be awesome to be able to save a report in Beta Reports, and then set it to run and email to a specific person at specific times. Use cases could be: staff performance numbers each week emailed to them individually, daily sales summary emailed to the owner daily, etc...

  4. Our services have specific pricing that is determined after an in-person consultation so prices are listed as $0 online. We would still like to have the option of collecting credit card data online for late cancellations or no-shows.

  6. Send automated SMS message saying "Sorry we missed you, how can we help" or send booking widget link to book appointment online. If the client requests to be contacted by staff, have a way to notify front desk in dashboard.

  10. Having a reception app for clients so they can check in when they arrive at the salon in the event we don't have front desk staff (to cut down on people in the salon) and to limit people all touching the same iPad & stylists needing to remember/take time to clean the screen.

  11. with 45+ employees, when you scroll down to change their schedule, you can't immediately see what day you are on because the header disappears when you scroll. Can we lock it so its always viewable when making edits?

  15. In the Group Appointment workflow, the button to "Add More" is not as intuitive as an indicator such as "Add Guest." Ideally, a differentiator such as "Add an Additional Service" or "Add Guest" would be more clear.

  17. Not being able to edit tickets once the sale is pushed through is becoming a major issue for us. Mistakes happen or when new staff are at the front, it's hard to fix or we don't have access to fix it. Understand why not everyone should be able to edit tickets, but there should be a way to override or enter an admin code to allow us to edit these mistakes

  18. At the moment the only cue is the top left stating which location account is being used. Suggestion to include in the dialog box "You are sending from LOCATION". Often I am sending messages from the wrong account which will confuse clients and also probably cause mistakes in the future when the client responds to that account and the receptionist of that salon works on that thread.

  20. Printing a filled out form takes up a huge amount of paper: our one page massage form is 6 printed pages when printed from the electronic version on Boulevard.

    It would be great to have a system like the form design where you can design a printed version of the form data so you can have a more compact size.
