  2. An order that was placed online and a guest is trying to return in store - we're trying to accommodate their return but of course since it was a purchase made through our website, it will not show in BLVD

  3. It would be nice to change notes for the "other" payment method on closed orders. Sometimes the verbiage isn't the same with all of my staff, so it makes reports harder to consolidate, it would be nice to be able to change that note to standardize things after orders are closed.

  7. Any instance when a client books with a guest, that guest typically won't provide a phone or email. With such, come time for check-in (when I need them to sign a waiver), I need to make up a phone number or email for this individual and check them in myself in order to have the form ready for them to sign when they arrive.

  8. The UX is confusing in terms of including a Cancel button when a membership is in a paused state. Cancellation button should be removed or additional pop-up to specify term end should be included.

  9. Instead of last updated, please allow business to adjust the order of locations (for multi-location businesses) in the booking widget. Currently, it is ordered by "last updated" and not in alphabetical order as listed in the dashboard.

  11. why do i need a quantity desired if i cant pull a report from that number? i cannot see it when i'm doing an order to know how much i should get. i cant see it when i'm doing inventory to know if i'm low. its literally only in the individual windows of each individual product. its just seems suspicious that i have now input all these numbers that i cant do anything with.   15. When changing the seller of a product it takes effect on the date of the change, not the date of the sale. I often change these commissions after the close of a pay period which can result in negative commissions on the next pay period (which my payroll company won't accept). It would be better for the changes to be effective as of the original date to keep things all on one pay period.
