  1. When booking a service online that has a required number of add-ons it's easy to overlook the greyed out "Choose at least 1" and if you don't add an option, when you go to add the service nothing happens. There's no alert to let the client know why they're unable to add the service. If a client were to mark an add-on and then unmark, it turns red to alert them they must choose one. Would be great if that happened when they click "Add" so they know why the process isn't moving forward

    I can imagine it like this:

    At checkout front desk lets client know they can book their next appointment online. "OH WOW didn't know you can do that"

  10. There needs to be a column under the CLIENT LIST that shows the client's upcoming appointment. It needs to show the date of the next appointment (MOST IMPORTANT) and also the type of appointment. This will help with winback campaigns and with reaching out to overdue clients.

    It would also be very beneficial to be able to have the option to exclude anyone from the list that already has an appointment on the books when looking at the 1-3 month, 3-6 month and 6+ month lists.

    Please update this asap. It would be so, so helpful!

  11. We'd like to be able to upgrade/downgrade a membership (we have two tiers) without having to cancel/sell each product separately. This causes our overall member counts to be off and leaves room for error when done manually.

  15. I have chair-renters, and receiving numerous people's deposits to my bank account gets very messy, especially when the deposits that hit my account aren't labeled. I would appreciate if each stylist could have their own deposits hit their personal Merchant account, that way I don't have to Paypal each stylist their deposits for the week.

  16. Front desk is constantly multitasking and the ability to collapse the checkout to send out a message would be very helpful for them. Currently the checkout bar blocks this ability.

  18. Helpful for marketing campaigns to win back clients. Currently clients filtered by last appointment (i.e. last appointment 6 months ago) will also include clients who already have appointments on the books coming up. The ability to filter these out would allow partners to create buyback campaigns for those clients which are not scheduled at all.

  19. Ideally, the business can add a tag or button that lives in every booking process. Once the client details and services are entered and confirmed, the operator (and online) will select one of the following boxes:

    • Salon Request (Any Stylist)
    • Stylist Request (New)
    • Stylist Request (Repeat)

    Generate all this data into a report - allows businesses to track how clients are coming into the salon. The report should include % of existing guests retained and % of new guests retained.   20. Would be great at a first appointment for Boulevard to send a text message to the client confirming the first appointment and request email address for booking confirmation (where they could cancel their appt) and also so we can send receipts out.

    Additionally online if they could manage "how you would like to receive their receipts" "how you would like to receive confirmations/reminders" "send me a reminder to make an appointment x weeks after my last one"
