Allow limited access to the Sales Tab
Allow access to only closed orders (preferably only ones associated with a service) on the sales tab (no access to register, gift cards, or payments). This will allow providers to click an appointment on the calendar view and then see if the guest purchased products and what gratuity was left.

Allow negative numbers in beta report filters
I have tried to filter a beta report to only include discounts. The filter doesn't allow negative numbers, so I can never get just the discounts included.

Memberships - Expiration term starts after first use
Business would like the option to have the membership term to start after the first voucher is used, instead of expiration date being based on purchase.

Service Provider Tags for Easy Client booking, tags searchable within the Dashboard - Details Below
Per Fox & Jane's request: "Essentially our goal is to have every service provider tagged with their specialties (i.e. blonde specialist, cutting specialist, etc.) and to have those tags searchable within BLVD. The reason for this is because our customer care team handles all location bookings and it's very hard to keep track of every stylist's specialties. Currently, we're using a Square space website internally that has searchable tags, however, we would LOVE to use blvd for this instead (if possible)."

More fields added to both the register section / register closeout reporting
- "Reason" Field for Pay ins/out - "shows the breakdown for the petty cash expenses per the cash expenses column in the Register Closeout Report" to help enable our clients to process their monthly journals in QuickBooks for petty cash.
- Include a separate field: employee and vendor name

Accounting / Reconciliation Report
Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees. For example, if there's a $4,200 deposit, she wants to pull a report that shows the $4,000 sales and $200 interest/gateway fees. Allow gift cards to still be purchased when location online booking is disabled
Would love an option still allow clients to purchase gift cards through the booking widget when online booking has been disabled at all location levels

Require clients to prepay and add gratuity or have a self checkout for clients
When clients book online they don't always add gratuity, so we still need to check them out when they are through. It should be required for them to add gratuity or they can click no gratuity but note that they will have to leave it in cash or not at all. We are trying to be hands free and it has been impossible. They should also be an option to tip assistants when they are booking. If this can't be done, we would love a checkout station for clients where they do not need assistance to checkout. Remove Provider Names from Online Widget Confirmation
At the end of the booking widget flow, the system shows the providers name they have been paired with. This will happen even if the feature is toggled off to not show staff names. This account has asked to have this removed.

Group Booking - Availability Options On Booking Widget
Currently, If 5 clients are booking but only 3 slots are available, the system will show that no times are available.
This account asked if we could show what is available and give alternative times for the other clients that did not have the first time opening.

Able to set an expiration date for a package during set up
Thinking about selling monthly packages that expire at the end of the month, not 30 days from purchase. So being able to set the expiration date when setting the package up instead of having to manually edit the expiration after selling the package
