  2. Requesting "Enabled" products at location levels visible. Currently, "all" products at location level are visible which results in each location seeing products that they do not carry. By locking this feature to "enabled", inventory becomes more seamless and clean.

  3. The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process.   4. Want to know when certain staff are running certain reports, when certain reports are being emailed to places, when those reports are being emailed where they should or shouldn't be. Also provides a clear understanding to staff that Boulevard is tracking these things and will deter employees running detrimental reports.

  10. Staff privilege groups are set to hide client contact details, but staff is currently using Contact Center to alert clients that they are ready for their appointment. They will need to use the Contact Center, but the phone number needs to be removed

Our staff uses smart watches and would like to be notified of a client's arrival on their watches, but their phone numbers linked in the employee profile is different from the one linked to their watch. In the communication preferences, we would like to specify the phone number for the alerts.

I'm in the middle of a big push of selling memberships online – I know clients are using the "add message" feature with checkout but I believe since there's no associated appointment, that I have no way to access these messages.   14. Clients would like the ability to assign intake forms for specific stylists. For example: "We have 'new talent' in our salon and the customers of our 'new talents' have to sign apprentice forms acknowledging the discounts, etc. I know in the manage-->forms application you can add forms, etc but not assign them to specific stylists."

  17. It would be very helpful if when you create a Service Option group that you can use that same group on another service by toggling it on. That way if there are standard addon types that you create for Lashes, or Nails, or Pedicures, etc. You can turn on the option group for the service without having to recreate them for every service. I envision that the service option group page would just show all possible groups with a toggle on/off slider and still option to create new groups.

  18. When Fox & Jane's clients are trying to schedule an appointment online with a specific stylist, they have to scroll through each day to find the stylist's availability. F&J would like us to add a "next available appointment for X stylist" on the booking widget. See attachment for example.

  20. It would be very helpful if there was a way we could condense the viewing screen to be able to view the whole day without having to scroll up and down. It would make for faster booking and less mistakes because you could see the whole day all at once.
