  6. Some salons pay different commission for new clients that request a stylist vs new clients the salon assigns to them. Also, some salons want to see how many people are on the books for that day with vouchers so they can get a better estimate of projected revenue that day.

  7. Med spas that have injectables will bill, pay commission, and track inventory based on units injected. That amount can change from appointment to appointment and will prevent a business from having 100 different botox services listed with different units. This is also beneficial for vouchers where a client can buy 100 units and use those units at different values for redemption.

  8. When a client books 5 appointments under one persons name, it would be very helpful to be able to unlink those in one easy button so they can pay separate.

  9. Before coming to boulevard, our old booking software would allow members to freeze their membership for up to 3 months and would automatically restart it in 3 months! Boulevard does not let members freeze, it only lets them cancel which we have a reactivation fee for so a lot of our clients are going to be frustrated they cannot freeze to catch up on vouchers

  10. Online booking widget should recognize existing members and discount member services accordingly. For example, after login it knows I'm a member and will zero-out the service I am booking.

  11. Currently the listing of stylists when opened up shows a static set (First Available + 5 providers). If the client or user did not think to drag or scroll, then further staff would not be shown and the user would assume only those were available.

    Top.jpg is the default loaded view, as seen there are no visual cues to show that there are additional service providers which is shown in bottom.jpg. On solution could be reducing the size of the pull out menu by half of a provider so it is always cut off, incentive for a scroll. Other…

  12. We service a lot of families, with multiple family members getting services on the same day. It'd help our records be clearer if we could add multiple appointments/people to one ticket at check out instead of checking them out under one name. Either the reporting with how many appointments/services we do is off, or the client history is off and doesn't show who got a haircut with which service provider.

  13. After searching client for booking, the suggestions should include their vouchers as an option.

    Also when checking out a client, all vouchers should be displayed regardless of which service is in use. This would give the staff a chance to correct the service and redeem the voucher without awkwardly having the client confront the staff stating "but I thought I prepaid this before."

  15. It would be great if there was an additional clock out button, "End Day", which performed a clock out along with a blocking of the rest of the bookable schedule for the service provider. This would prevent online bookings that obviously would not be possible along with making sure staff didn't erroneously book appointments where they aren't possible just because they didn't know a staff member has left for the day.

  17. Our salon is Cash/Venmo/Quickpay gratuity preferred. Enabling Gratuity on iPad checkout would allow our clients to take the easy route put Gratuity on CC and it is not really convenient for most stylists. However, for new clients, tourists or clients that forgot sometimes gratuity on CC is our only option. In our previous system we had the option to "Print with Gratuity" or "Print without Gratuity" receipt. We think it's a good option that would allow most salons flexibility with their stylists/clients.

  19. It would be great to be able to set Gratuity option for each individual stylist - Credit Card/Cash. Some stylist's have established clientele that they taught to tip cash. The gratuity on Credit Card will just allow these clients to take the shortcut and add it on the Card as it's more convenient.

  20. Allow booking widget workflow to be specific to service provider where a link would take a client to the services specific to the service provider and then to appointment availability to allow service providers to easily share with clients.
