  1. Ability to filter client list by client's primary location (rather than completed service locations.) Would also take into account all closed orders rather than just service sales (i.e. client purchased multiple gift cards through a specific location).

  2. The reviews we receive through the follow-up emails are great, but they exist in a closed system (Boulevard) and aren't showing up anywhere on the internet that our potential clients can see. While you offer to post these reviews to various rating platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) we are finding that very few clients are actually doing this. We've seen a noticeable drop in the number of reviews we get on public platforms and I feel that will be a bad thing for us in the long run.

  3. It would be helpful to be able to book a room as a resource without needing a service provider tied to the appointment. A lot of businesses have services that do not require a provider.

  5. When a subscription is due for renewal, it will be in a past due state from midnight through the time of automated renewal at 5am. It would be helpful if the membership remained active until a billing failure prompts a Past Due state.

    This is particularly causing issues with accurately tracking subscriptions reporting data since data is distributed at 2am PST.

  7. Client and Stylist should get an Email confirmation upon cancelation, regardless if the client cancels it, or it gets cancelled in house... Either way, an email confirmation should go out under every circumstance.

  8. I would like to see the ability to limit offers to smaller segments of the audience using more filters. It would also be great to have expiration dates for offers, that way we don't have to remember to delete them when they are done.

  11. Can we remove the ad tracker link click.pstmrk.it from the intake form link? Clients using ad blockers in their internet browsers get a warning not to open the link.

The code entered in the client instructions part of the details page that shows up in confirmation/action needed emails is displaying properly in the emails, but when you click the link it takes you to the appointment details page where you can see the all the formatting code for the client instructions below the address and map.

  15. Occasionally when a client needs to cancel they ask to be put on a waitlist for another date. So during the cancellation process when given the option to charge a client, it'd be great to also have the option to move them to the waitlist

  20. The ability to adjust the clients email address from the charged out ticket page. Currently, the business thinks its too much work to click into the clients profile if an email needs to be adjusted before they resend an emailed receipt
