  4. We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

  5. In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

  8. Now, clients have to dig through their email to see upcoming appointments or to cancel future appointments. It would be so much easier if this information was available to them on the website when they long it. They have to create an account anyways. Should this be available somewhere on the website?

  9. A combination of our inventory adjustments and inventory on hand report. When doing inventory, the ability to add in what is counted, before making the adjustment. Being able to see what was counted vs. what should be in the inventory. A step before making the actual adjustments within Blvd.

  10. The ability to have a customized message appear before the client can continue with booking. Ex: Location Policies. Client would checkmark noting they understand the policy before being able to continue.

  11. With Covid shut downs we are cancelling so many appointments and adding people to the waitlist. Right now it's 2 very different steps. It would be nice to be able to have the option to add the appointment to the waitlist as you are cancelling it. It can be located where the arrow for rescheduling and the X for cancelling is located. It would save time and brain power because it would already know which client, stylist and service to book. It would also be great to be on the pro moblie app too.

  12. We need the ability to accept Visa giftcards. Many of our clients have been trying to use their Visa giftcard to pay for their service and we have had to tell them to use a different card. This poses an issue being some clients don't always have another alternative to pay.

  13. I do not want to give staff access to all reporting. It would be great if they had access to see their tips at the end of the day. This would be great to see a tip report on the mobile app as well.

  14. Staff are not due diligent enough to check for the add on service on the main appt and could cause unhappy clients. Making it more visible will allow staff to not have to make extra clicks into the appt to find more information about it.

  16. We can see transactions on the payments processing page, but it doesn't show when payments were returned/not processed which resulted in a large lump deposit and there was no record in the dashboard

When Selecting the Service and going to "Add On" within that service you should be able to select from other services and providers that offer additional service as a add on with out have to re create the service. It should also be report able in reports. This should allow clients booking to select add on services from different providers and prices. Would be super helpful for up selling services with in the salon. Please fix.

  18. As a salon owner, im constantly loging into my admin account to check the status of the salons, i wish there was a way to have boulevard run on a mobile friendly version, rather than desktop. things are way to small to see and hard to navigate through.

  19. alot of clients are saying that they are not able to back out of there order online status, that they need to erase history in order to start over, there should be more of a "x" icon on the right and then says "are you sure you want to cancel your order"

  20. When a stylist logins to there account at the web app feature, the stylist should only be able to run there reports for them specifically not for the whole salon and other stylist.

    Possibly have reports that show the following:

    number of appointments this week

    Mini production ( hair sales, retail sales, number of appointments this week)

    Production report (total sales, by hours etc)

    Ratings: so stylist can see there ratings linked to them and only them.
