  2. It would be nice to send appointment confirmations out for appointments that are scheduled after the normal confirmations go out. So, a Wednesday appointment that is scheduled after 3:00 on Monday would still get a "confirm your appointment" email. Yes, they should still come because they just scheduled it, but sometimes they miss that and it doesn't get confirmed.

Just like you can add custom additions to confirmations and receipts it would be a nice to have a text box to add to waitlist emails so that we can add a note that says if they are not contacted, that nothing was available and they should book again for a different day or try the waitlist again on a different day.

    A few people called annoyed they were never contacted. (Though it already says they'll get a call when an appointment is available, it just doesn't say what will happen if it isn't)

  10. When canceling or moving a reoccurring/standing appointment, to have the option to cancel all of them or even move all of them or just this one.

    Right now, if a client has a standing appointment every Friday at 2:00 and you want to change it to a different day or time, you have to physically go into every single appointment and move them individually.

  14. And/or automatically apply account credit to cover new deposits.

    We are planning to make all services have 50% deposits but I already forsee a landslide of requests for refunds and also people saying we "stole" money because we didnt know they cancelled to refund them the money.

    One elegant solution internally would be a refund button (the blue refund icon used currently) next to appointments with deposits in the recently cancelled appointments screen) So we can check that once a day and refund where necessary.

Another person requested and I agree with the idea to make a transition time at the end of an entire appointment, but perhaps a more efficient and flexible way to manage this would be having a toggle that by default adds blocked out time after an appointment with the Title "Covid cleaning" or whatever you want it to be in the options.

    It would be taken into account when making booking availability searches and also, once you book the appointment, you can manually delete or edit the blocked out time where applicable. This would keep appointments from being booked too…

  16. We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.

    Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…
