This is for clients signing on an iPad - There is a long enough of a delay from when a client signs and hits "done signing" to when it goes back to the welcome screen that there is often confusion about whether or not they hi the button. This results in them hitting it again, which does nothing to the payment process, but will create an error message on the iPad that says "something went wrong." This will make the clients worried and creates this unnecessary dialogue where we have to explain there isn't anything wrong, etc. Could we add…

A way to easily remove tax from the checkout window and a separate way to check out employees' purchases so that they can be reported on independently from retail would remove the need for several workarounds, save time, and eliminate errors by ensuring that default tax settings don't need to be under constant change.

  8. It would be great to allow an employee to clock in to a specific shift if they are hired to complete different jobs in the salon. For instance we have stylists that start with our company as an Assistant, Front Desk or Stylist and each job may have a different pay scale. This would allow a more accurate payroll report to pay employees by.

  14. We would like to be able to separate services from one order ticket. We often have large groups come in that are booked under one name, but are paid for separately. Ex: Large wedding parties or business groups. Recreating each individual's specific service is time consuming and it would be more efficient to just drag them off to another order.

  15. In a client's account there will be a red banner asking you to fix a highlighted section with an error. The highlight is a dark, red line and can be easily missed if you're in a hurry. Perhaps the whole input field could change color to make it stand out?

  18. Now, clients have to dig through their email to see upcoming appointments or to cancel future appointments. It would be so much easier if this information was available to them on the website when they long it. They have to create an account anyways. Should this be available somewhere on the website?

  19. A combination of our inventory adjustments and inventory on hand report. When doing inventory, the ability to add in what is counted, before making the adjustment. Being able to see what was counted vs. what should be in the inventory. A step before making the actual adjustments within Blvd.
