  6. To be able to add a voucher/package to the customer's ticket. This could happen if the voucher was registered under services, not products. We have customers who, book for a single service, but at check out want to buy a package and use the first session of the package to pay for the received service. Currently the customer needs to purchase the voucher first, and then I need to go back to the check out box to be able to apply the voucher, but it would be easier if I could just change the single booked service to a package…

  7. Thank you for updating Boulevard so that the different kinds of appointments can be different colors! It's a huge upgrade.

    I would ask that you have consistency to the color changing afterwards... a simple lighter version of the color would be nice. But to change the tone of the color all together is confusing.

    I like to think I am speaking for other very visual creatives on this

  13. It is not fare when technicians can add their own request, clients should be assign fairly among the technicians! Only Front desk and manager should be allowed to add a "Request Technician" Tag

  15. Why doesn't it allow us to immediately add the quantity of the the new item while entering all the other info. It becomes a lengthy process to leave that screen completely just to add the quantity.

Instead of clicking on an appointment and then going into edit to adjust a request, it would be cool if there was a little heart icon on the top right corner of the appointment that one could easily click on or off to mark the appointment as a request or to undo a request. Perhaps an outlined heart icon would symbolize that that the appointment is not a request, and it would turn into a filled heart icon if it was clicked to mark it as a requested appointment.

  20. It would make it easier to be able to, on the fly, adjust the service duration of a booked appointment by being able to change the size of the appointment block by clicking and dragging the bottom of the appointment block.
