  1. There is not a simple way to track the number of botox units a client gets per unit price under services at checkout. (under products you can input quantity but not under service).

    Also, would like to have a feature where clients can pre-pay for units in advance ( package / voucher) at discounted price, and have an easy checkout to apply said pre-paid units.

    Example: Currently only have it set up to redeem 1 voucher per service; but if a client has 28 pre-paid units of botox, under the checkout tab there is no feature to enable all said…

  9. It would be convenient to be able to apply the remainder of a gift card that was more than the service + tip to the client's account as credit. As it is now we have to go through a few steps to buy the account credit with the gift card.

  10. When a client purchases a gift card over the phone, email or in-person, there is no way of specifying the gift card recipient. When a gift card is purchased outside of the booking widget, a recipient should be able to be determined and an email option should be available to email gift card recipient.

Right now the business management tab only shows one location's pay rates for a staff that has them set at more than one location and it will only show whichever location you have toggled on in the top right hand corner which shouldn't be the case since business management is making changes at a brand level. It should show the all of the location's pay rates for that staff if they have them created at more than one location.

  14. On practitioner push notifications when they receive the message that the client has arrived, is there a way to add the service type, and length as well? ex: Kyle Frederick has arrived for his 60min Ashiatsu Massage

    This would help our team be more efficient as the practitioner knows right away beforehand what their next service is, so that they don't have to check the app, or BLVD schedule online.

  15. The default lead time for online bookings at our salon is 24 hours -- however, we have a couple of stylists who would like to allow same day bookings online. A way to customize lead times per stylist would be helpful!

  16. Ability to filter client list by client's primary location (rather than completed service locations.) Would also take into account all closed orders rather than just service sales (i.e. client purchased multiple gift cards through a specific location).

  17. The reviews we receive through the follow-up emails are great, but they exist in a closed system (Boulevard) and aren't showing up anywhere on the internet that our potential clients can see. While you offer to post these reviews to various rating platforms (Google, Yelp, etc.) we are finding that very few clients are actually doing this. We've seen a noticeable drop in the number of reviews we get on public platforms and I feel that will be a bad thing for us in the long run.

  18. It would be helpful to be able to book a room as a resource without needing a service provider tied to the appointment. A lot of businesses have services that do not require a provider.

  20. When a subscription is due for renewal, it will be in a past due state from midnight through the time of automated renewal at 5am. It would be helpful if the membership remained active until a billing failure prompts a Past Due state.

    This is particularly causing issues with accurately tracking subscriptions reporting data since data is distributed at 2am PST.
