Green Circle - Remove commission option for Seller
Would like a way to remove the commission option altogether from the Green Circle Fee. What is happening is: it automatically is applied to the client's ticket- which is perfect. It defaults to no commission recipient, which is also perfect. The problem that happens is when the client purchases product, my front desk staff is forgetting to assign a commission recipient to the product, or accidentally assigning the Green Circle Fee and not the product, it's just becoming a bit of a mess and I am finding we are spending way too much time going back to correct all of…

Add payment types such as "marketing", "Comp", etc.
Wax & Lash has many situations/times where they comp a service or product, but still want to pay the service provider their commission. Ideally, would like to have an added payment type such as marketing, comp, etc (vs. just other/other reason).

Gift Card - Allowing Partial Refunds on GC Purchases
Currently, we cannot process partial refunds on purchased gift cards. Example: I buy a $50 GC and I want to refund $25 of that GC back to the client. Currently it zeros out the entire card. Looking to have this as a feature add to allow adjustments to staff error's when purchasing GC's. (Work around) Refunding amount the client is due back. This results in the card balance going to zero automatically. Then create a new sale with the same GC # for the correct amount and charging it to Other)

E-MAIL TAG
I feel like it would be helpful to add a tag that lets us know a client prefers not to give their email and needs a printed receipt. This would help so we don't ask everytime.

Help Chat shouldn't auto popup over everything.
Sometimes I will do a helpchat on one computer and then I don't know that someone is trying to checkout someone on the other computer. They keep getting interrupted by the helpchat popup.
How about just a minimized slider on the right side that shows an animated exclamation point or something like that. So you know there is a new message but it isn't constantly popping up and blocking everything.

Highlight Last-Minute Bookings
Sometimes when it gets really busy in the salon, stylists/receptionists might not realize when a client has made a last minute online booking for the same day until it is too late and perhaps the stylist didn't know they were coming in or it managed to slip by reception.
Something that I think would be really helpful especially for busy times/days of the week, if a client books an appointment online for the same day, with-in the calendar that reception sees- make the appointment block vibrate or jostle around to let them know of a new same-day booking, and it…

Can we add visible notes & date parameters in order to contact clients quickly for their personal preferences??
We have long waiting lists and can work better if specifics are immediately visible.

Client Merging should show quick summary of which account recently had appointments
And also highlight WHICH email address the client is currently using to log in to avoid human error of merging and choosing the wrong email address for the account. Saves time later as this error in merging is technically just kicking the can down the road for later to fix again

Don't reset the page every time a change is made
When changing things in Boulevard, after making a change the page resets and you have to scroll back to your last spor. Example: Assigning services, you assign the service then the page resets and you have to scroll down again. OR we were adjusting Staff Roles and had to page over after every adjustment and it's very time consuming.

Commission on discounted services should be covered by business
We would like to cover the service commission difference when a discount is applied. If a 25% discount is applied, our stylist does not make the full amount for commission and it requires some manual work on our end to calculate outside of BLVD.

Scan Inventory In and Out
Would love to be able to use the barcode scanner to "scan in" and "scan out" inventory. So as you scan an item it adds to the number received.

Internal Staff Forms
HR documentation - we need updated addresses, phone numbers, emails, and their hire date.
Would like to have the pdf on the staff file (employee or client) so we can have it for easy reference.
