Handling of multiple clients using the same phone number and/or email addresses could be better in contact center.
A problem of sending a message to one client under a profile is that it gets shown later as a different client or the wrong one. Would be great to show on dashboard that the message thread is with all three clients by showing all their names and denoting that these clients are using the same number.

Memberships need to be TOP of the list above Services
Memberships for those businesses that sell them are a HIGH priority sale. The online booking tool puts them at the bottom of the service list right now. They should be at the top so people can see that they can get a better deal on combining services into a membership. It's lost today at the bottom and we do not see any purchases for them.

When client books online, running the card on file should default to the most recently input card by the client or the one that works
Expired cards should not be automatically used, wasting checkout time. Also redundant cards should better be merged than shown as multiple entries for same card.

Mass Edit of "Bookable" button
When adding services a provider is able to be booked for, there needs to be an option for multiple or all services that are listed. As of now, when you go into the employee's profile, you have to individually select the service(s) they are bookable for. It is time consuming and sends the user back to the home page after only adding one bookable service. If the Salon is not able to do it them selves, then support must have the option to do so.

Dates on Page
When creating a schedule, it would be great visually for the manager to view the dates of the week while posting when you are no longer at the top of the page. It would also be very helpful to have the ability to have saved shifts as an option when creating shifts Ie. (example below)

Custom Commission report
a report that will allow users to adjust how the commission tiers are activated, in my salon our tiers are on gross income, not after the business charge is removed from teh total wages.

Always use Calendar Display name in dashboard search and online booking
because some staff have the same name, all staff use "stage names" that the front desk and clients know them by and use for booking. We've added these names to the Calendar display, but when booking an appointment in the dashboard, searching for staff on the calendar page, or booking online the staff's first and last name are displayed when it should be the stage name.

Download Purchase Orders to Excel
It would allow me to sort and see data how I prefer at any time - that way blvd doesn't have to put in a thousand personalization options.

Option for Purchase Orders to download in alphabetical order
Currently they order by quantity. Would prefer it to order by the name of the product.

Staff commissions for services paid for via voucher should have the option to calculate based on original value (not voucher value)
We offered a pre-opening sale for $75 monthly massages but the regular price is $85. Staff who provide these massages should still be able to get commission on the $85 value of the service (or at least have that option). Same thing for package voucher redemptions.

Commission Structure Customization
The way Blvd calculates commission is not a true tiered method. The POS system we used to have calculated commission however we put into the system. I am asking that Blvd add the piece that we can customize our own commission structure. Right now it takes us hours to input into an Excel document and because we are doing this manually leaves many chances for error.
Our commission structure is tiered as follows.
$800-$1200 40%
$1201-$1600 42%
$1601-$1900 45%
$1901-$2100 50%
$2101 and up 60%

When booking in the dashboard, it shouldn't automatically select requested
If there's a way for staff to decide if its a request or not that would be great when booking internally. It automatically makes it request and you have to unselect the heart. We would rather have to select the heart option.

When a staff is chosen during online booking, don't automatically mark them as requested
Make it so that when a client books online the staff assigned is not automatically marked as requested. instead the staff in the salon woudl need to mark them requested if that's the case. We are seeing many new clients and clients with no preference choose service providers which are then marked as requested.We feel this is causing confusion and the numbers for retention are reflecting inaccurately.

Purchase giftcard for a specific service rather than dollar amounts
Being able to sell gift cards online and have the clients select "Facial" or "Massage" rather than $25 or $50, etc
