Check In From Car & get automated custom response
Due to Covid and asking clients to wait outside in their cars and to text upon arrival, it would be helpful if similar to when picking up food ordered ahead of time and picked up (like at Panera for example) you could click a link that says "I'm Here and parked" Then for it to be an autmoated text repsonse that their technician will be right with them... Or to wait patiently while your stylist gets the suite (or chair, salon, area, etc) ready for you.
This is especially great for suite owners, barbershops, salons, etc that may have limited…

Gift cards listed or filtered by date purchased
It would be very beneficial for us to be able to view the gift card sales with a filter by date purchased.

Staff Schedule - Allow staff to click in outside of set schedule
Staff currently cannot clock in outside of their set schedule. I request the ability to allow staff to click in outside of set schedule. Often staff have schedule adjustments that are not captured in the admin-level schedule, and it creates more work for the admin when they need a manual time clock entry.

Staff schedule - edit an employees hours for each day of the week in one screen
From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.
Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.

Staff schedule - Allow hours to manually be typed
From the staff schedule, allow hours to manually be typed, rather than only selecting available hours via dropdown picker. This would make this less tedious / time consuming.

BUG REPORT: Beta Reports doesn't show more than first 50 (100?) options for filters
When filtering beta reports, you can only select from the first 50 clients, products, services, etc... This drastically limits options for customized reports when you have several thousand clients and more than 1000 products in the system.

Be able to input percentages on Business Charges instead of just dollar amounts
Currently you can only put in a dollar amount for business charges on services...why not percentages so it automatically calculates the business charge? It would be much easier this way.

Client is able to choose multiple waitlist dates
I have had clients ask if they can choose multiple dates or chunks of time to be waitlisted rather than one day at a time.
