Search in Contact Center Messages
It would be helpful to be able to search for certain messages within the Contact Center.

Ability to search old text messages from the messaging tab. Occasionally we lose track of a message and need to find one based on the contents of the message not the person we were texting.

If we could type in a word and all of the SMS messages pop up that have the word would be helpful with filtering through customers that have messaged back about a specific topic. Like in the iphone, or gmail, you can search through your messages by whatever word you are looking for. This would be helpful when there are over 200 messages in the inbox for the day and we need to see who has cancelled their appointment.

It would be amazing if we could search for a specific client in our messages tab!
