Ability to decide if/when clients get confirmation email
Can we decide when we want the client to get text or email confirmations? Sometimes we don't want a new client to get the confirmation before because sometimes we fudge the books a little for a comp service we do at the bowl before the service.

There are too many times an email can be sent to the client. There should be an option to NEVER have the box checked, and to check it ONLY when you want to actually notify the client. Versus every time the appointment and resource needs to be changed.

When you edit an appointment via the "Edit Appointment" window, you'll have the option to resend a confirmation email to your client.
This box will be checked by default when you change the time, duration, service, or provider on an appointment.
Ability to disable auto-check.

Every time we make a change to an appt we have to UNCHECK email client...please make it an option to have to check the box to email client instead of having to uncheck the box and the email auto sends.... way too much client communication

They want the option to turn off all confirmation emails. Since they can't customize confirmation & reminder emails with Boulevard they will be sending from hubspot
