  1. We can click on the phone symbol (where incoming calls appear) and see a dropdown of any calls you may have missed. You can pull up the clients account ahead of time and speed scheduling time.

  4. When you are on a client's profile and looking at their upcoming appointments, it's nice that you can get the full appointment details view from there but I really wish there was also a button to "View on Calendar" so that you could see it there in one click. The way it is now, you have to first potentially change locations, then go to the calendar view, then change the calendar date, then just kind of manually scan the calendar to find the appt. It should be a much more seamless process than this.

  9. My stylists would like to be able to confirm an online appointment request before the appointment is set. This is a feature we had with Vagaro that they already miss. Thank you.

  10. Although this isn't ideal, it happens from time to time that an appt is adjusted back and forth between two differences of opinion. The most common battle is two modes; more revenue/clients vs more time with the client/less revenue. It would be nice if there was a way of excluding future revisions to the appt without manager or admin access.

  15. The business would like to be able to see how the gift card was sold over a specific date range. They would like to be able to filter to see if the gift card was sold online or in store.

  16. When splitting payments, it would be ideal for the payment prompt to reset to default after first payment type is entered. It is habitual to hit the green button which when splitting payment, will put through the same payment type as the first. This leads to excessive refunds and guest time management. At the very least, ask for a prompt for second payment type.

  17. Please add the ability to map payment processor deposits to more than one bank account. I have two Boulevard locations and each location's sales deposit to individual bank accounts. In the Boulevard <> QBO integration, I only have the option to map all payment processor (and cash payments) to a single QBO account. I have had to create a new, separate, clearing account in my QBO file where Boulevard can record credit card deposits for both of my locations, which now requires me to record those credit card bank deposits to that clearing account to offset the balance, rather than…

  18. Historical sync with QBO - from an accounting perspective, historical sync is a MUST for any sales platform. Most apps I've used offer this feature and do not charge anything extra for the integration itself. The fact that the Boulevard <> QBO integration is $45/location/month and only begins syncing sales data from the date of integration forward is highly disappointing. If I can find a third-party app that will provide those features, I will definitely switch and cancel my Boulevard integration subscription.

  19. Any client forms or charts that are opened should open in a separate window so that receptionists can easily refer to the form & input the data into the client's file and so that service providers can easily and efficiently chart client's appointments. Ever since this feature was updated on Boulevard (where we now have forms open on the same page), productivity and efficiency in form-related tasks has plummeted.

  20. a lot of our online booking clients assume they have already paid for their services when booking online because they can add tip and input CC details. Many are confused because there is not a message saying that it is only holding the reservation for the appointment. Can there be a statement saying no charge is complete until day of service?
