  1. We charge an automatic 20% service fee for all group and package bookings and would like to have the option at checkout to have an easy way to add the 20% fee with a click. This is not the same as the tipping feature as we do not accept gratuities through boulevard.

  2. When our service providers get a notification that their client has arrived and checked in, they would like to see "X has checked in for the following services..." so they don't have to separately check their books and see what's booked. It is a simple thing that would save extra time, and sometimes our service providers have been missing out on services because the client won't mention it to them in the chair if the provider doesn't bring it up.

  3. The business would like to be able to limit staff from being able to delete or change phone numbers but want the staff to still be able to view the information. Just not change it.

  5. 1- Customize receipts to have automated options to include instructions, package/service details such as expiration dates, cancellation policies and 2- Easily be able to submit all these automated options and details to all appointments.

  8. I would like to be able to utilize the marketing feature to send clients birthday emails and discounts but I can't do this because birthdays aren't collected when a client creates their profile. I would like this to at least be an option for them when online booking.

  9. I would like to add to this and maybe have a reminder pop up when they late cancel within a certain timeframe that we can set?

    If its legal - take a step further and either have the system automatically charge them or put the late cancel charge in their cart/profile to show as needing to be check out by the front desk some how?

  10. I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.

  11. The business would like to be able to create an audience that eliminates blocked clients. Right now you can only filter to see all blocked clients.

  13. When adding a client tag in the account screen you sometimes have to scroll down to see the button to add the tag. It would be nice if this was just below the contact information so scrolling wasn't necessary. A quality of life improvement.

  15. this would be nice in case a member is about to lose their monthly voucher the guest will get an alert, "you have X days to redeem this membership perk before it expires."

  19. Modifiers are set up so much better than add ons by the way they are inside the service time. They just need to be able to be tracked and for us to run reports on usage. We tried add ons and it’s a mess, TBH.

  20. have an option where certain people accepting new clients on certain days only (won't allow current clients to book that day ex: Wednesday)
    or certain stylists aren't accepting new clients so that others are more available to take them.
    some of these 30min appointment slots interfere with booking larger appointments.
