  1. As a new salon to Boulevard, we thought we would only use the stored card when prompted or if selected. The checkout is vague and we have mistakenly charged the card on file. Some clients prefer to use a different card than the one stored. We do not like the extra fees involved with using the stored card.

  5. I'm not sure if there is an error or how forms are currently built. We send Pre-Appointment instructions and Post-Care instructions. These don't need to be completed or signed. On the client side, they see these forms are not completed and it's very confusing for them. There isn't anything that needs to be completed since they're instructions.

  6. would love the flexibility to be able to customize the view and steps for booking appointments. Example:

    View 1: Select a Professional- Service - Date

    View 2: Select a Service- Date- Professional

    View 3: Select- Date - Service- Professional

  8. Charging hourly rates for services and we need to have the option to indicate "/hour" in the booking widget for clients to clearly understand the number they’re looking at is the provider's hourly rate.

  9. If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks

  11. The business would find it helpful to have the status of the appointment visible within the appointment details section rather then only through the satellite icon.

  13. When checking guests in on the calendar screen, it is easy to mistakenly only mark them as confirmed if they aren't already. There should be two separate buttons for marking them as confirmed and marking them as arrived.

  14. The current average spend is based on the absolute totals which may also include gratuities. This skews the numbers. It would be great to have it calculate it based only on services, products and take into account the deposits.

  16. Can we manually send confirmation/cancellation TEXTS? We've found most people don't check their email very often and believe they haven't received a confirmation if it is not via text.

  18. I would love to see an itemized report for products and services, listing the order(clickable to go right to that order is needed), number, products purchased/services, guests name and service provider. And then making it customized to be able to select the whole company or just one stylist.

  19. Would love to be able to see any ratings that a client has previously left in their profile somewhere. When doing follow ups, I like to see if they already submitted feedback and it would be helpful to just look at their profile without having to separately check the ratings under the Manage section

  20. We would love to be able to see a gift card balance when checking out, just like how you can see account credit balance. And be able to charge the gift card similar to charging the account credit. Thank you!
