  1. In the old platform my work used, we were able to upload client's info, despite something like an e-mail address being invalid, which would allow the information to be saved. It would be really nice to be able to update and save the CT's information, despite there being something wrong in their information, like the email. As it stands now, I'm unable to update some CT's info due to invalid information which, truthfully, is more than frustrating.   2. "You are scheduled for an appointment at Refine Men's Salon of West Hollywood West Hollywood on Jul 28, 2023 at 6:00pm PDT."

    So any company that has their name of location in their business name would be listed in emails with the location twice. I think solution is remove the city from the automatic portion of the emails as the location is listed anyway in the address below.

  3. When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...

    Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.

    I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)

    The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.

    The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

  6. Can you please make exporting reports to excel store numbers as numbers and not as text. Your exports do not preserve the format of data from the reports for numbers and you have to manually convert everything from text to numbers.

  8. Often times there are the same functions between the manage & settings tabs - combining these into one tab would help us not have to flip flop between the two to find what we are looking for as they sometimes serve the same purpose, but sometimes have different options!

  10. I think it would be EXTREMELY to have these options to form:

    • Manually link the forms so that we can send in marketing/client reach out campaigns

    • The option for forms to be required for booking

    • An alert or list of clients who have filled out forms (so we can input any information into the file)

    • A birthday option that automatically updates their birthday on their file (year not necessary)

  11. Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.

  14. ... promotions. Let's say my business wanted to offer a special discount for booking a service. BUT the discount is only eligible on certain days of the week, with certain staff, and we want to create it so that we not only have the clients payment method, we charge a deposit of the no-show fee. This would be the only surefire way using conditional offers, service restrictions per staff, and booking deposits, to make sure all of these are accomplished AND we are not relying on staff to perform them manually when booking in person or over phone.

  15. At current, if there are long names or long service names for services below 30 min duration there is complete cut off or bleeding of text beyond appt tile.

    Ideas include:
    First name, last name reduced to initial, service name truncation (perhaps removal of vowels?)

    CSS to make those appts with too much text be animation where the entirety of the names and service name scroll left to right so that all text is shown every 10 seconds or so (or some time equation directly proportional to number of characters).

  16. .... showed in the messages itself as new notifications that the text wasn't received or was blocked. This would potentially allow responsible businesses to take into account that there was no receiving of the text so they could call them instead or otherwise.

  20. Apparently when a customer has an account with a different business using Boulevard, their CC will not appear in your system when they book online. We are supposed to just TRUSt that there will be a CC to charge in case of a no-show. Can't it at least show that there is a card on file???
